Unfortunately the hours listed have been incorrect for some time. They have been closed on multiple occasions now before 10pm. I've had to wait several days for a cancelation for mobile orders and the app doesn't allow you to place another order until the first is finished. This is quite frustrating when trying to grab a quick bite.

25 minute wait for curbside pickup. Food was cold had to send it back twice. Update 12-13-25 still not bringing food out they ignore the curbside orders

I came to order food at 11:50pm and nobody took our order at drive thru. We drove through the rest of drive thru seeing people standing there on their phone talking but didnât want to take our order. They close at 12am not 11:50pm.

I usually come by here at night, maybe around 9:30 to 10:30 and every single time they're closed or restarting their system, guy at the window had an attitude as well. I dont want mcdonalds sending me a link to explain the situation any further, corporate should see all these negative reviews and do something about it for once

Came here to get some fries and out of nowhere a roach appeared and it made me just throw away everything and leave I would not recommend eating here unless you wanna share your food with the roaches.
Absolutely terrible had me waiting for 30 minutes only to figure out that after I get my drink then there is no refills and I have to buy an entire new drink just to feel hydrated what happened to this place? I used to come here every few days before Work. Genuinely do not recommend I wouldnât send my worst enemy to this place

Order was messed up. Called the location and they weren't helpful.
Update after following the link still down about a 2 dollar item, probably nothing being done about the bad customer service but got an email saying they strive to preform excellent customer service đ¤ˇââď¸

Posted hours say theyâre open until 11pm. We waited at the greeting speaker for several minutes before pulling up to the payment window, then pickup window and they were cleaning at 10:28pm. Maybe they havenât updated their hours of operation?

So first things first I order on the McDonald's app I confirm my order go to McDonald's to pick it up Brian met with the rudest, irritable assistant manager I've ever met. Who told me my order had never been placed while handing me the sodas to my order she told me I have to go back around get in line place my order on the kiosk but by then the line had become so long I was fed up and went home I come back with my wife to speak to the manager where I speak to the manager who is leading at the time and didn't have time to handle the problem so they threw a bag of food at us and since it's on our way worst experience at McDonald's ever 9th Street in Modesto the crew there is unwelcoming sometimes irritable and possibly some of the worst liars I've met. Thanks McDonald's on 9th Street I haven't had McDonald's in 4 months and I'll probably never go back again. Zero Stars thumb down mad face emoji the whole nine.
