Went to the drive-through on 10 /12 /25 We had an appointment so I went through the drive-through for a quick breakfast had to repeat my order twice to the girl at the drive-through window and she still completely messed up my order instead of giving me two egg McMuffin meals she gave me two sausage and egg McMuffin meals had to tell her the size of the beverages twice and didn’t get that straight. Gave me cream in my iced coffee when I ask specifically for no cream completely screwed up the order it’s amazing that these people are paid $20 an hour and they have no idea how to do their job. I will not be Going to McDonald’s from now on the fries and or the hashbrowns are always cold even if you ask for them fresh for the price as they charge it’s a total joke when they can’t even get your order straight ridiculous!!!!!🤬

Nice place but they don't take responsibility for their mistakes and blame the customers. Edit: The company itself reached out and helped amend the mistake. Normally for this location all employees are nice and the food is hot and fresh.

Came here and had to use the kiosk device to order our food. No staff around. Also soda machines are behind the counter so you need to find staff to refill. Aside from the delays and loud hs kids, place is okay but not too welcoming.

Callie (Don’t know if i’m spelling it right) was amazing. I’ve been collecting the Hello Kitty Ninja Turtles toys and told her which ones i had, she grabbed all the ones they had and showed me, multiple times too. Great customer service, very kind!!! It made my day.

As much as they charge for their products nowadays, you would think we’d be entitled to fair customer service went into this establishment to purchase two sodas and was told to go to a kiosk because that’s the new rules of the new owner just to be redirected to the counter to pay with cash anyways will not be back here after being a loyal customer every day for the past four years
