I got charged for an extra drink last week and today they charged me for a large caramel macchiato and I got a medium. They’re always getting orders incorrect and overcharging. I’m not coming to this location again.

🤮🤮🤢🤮🤢 I went through the drive-thru when they delivery the food to me had a hair in the bag and I said okay it’s just on the outside when I get home I open the breakfast it was completely full of long black hair which was disgusting 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 I wouldn’t buy it again I went and let them know Sooo disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The only thing is that I don't give 5 stars for service because after waiting over 20 minutes for my order, I figured out they're forgot to make it and wait for my order to get ready . The place was clean, and there were games for children .

I always come in everyday I have been coming for a long time and have been to many McDonald’s in Modesto and order a Large fry with a Coke I came in on Saturday and a girl who always wears a eye catching bow and has blonde hair has the best customer service and attitude managers on duty could use some work I was not able to catch her name she always has a smile and greets people.

Dirty establishment been here too many times and tables aren't clean but tonight I just wanted an ice cream cone they are open till 12 it's 9:38 and I was told they already shut down machines for the night, I am a retired mcdonalds vet from Ripon and also from the one in modesto off of Tully so to hear that line of bs when I know they aren't down and was told the smoothie machine is the same machine and its down after i tried to order one ,they are completely seperate machines one only does ice cream and the other does smoothies i know this but regular customers do not i get how that can just pass by others so dear management please re teach the staff here also give them a customer service manual on how to address a customer when they talk instead of ignoring them , as a old mcdonalds employee I know that's not proper etiquette but thank you for you time , but this place could use some work.
Asked help multiple times from a female worker and she ignored me constantly. Had to wait until I saw a manager to ask if shes not too busy to help me. I'm disabled cannot stand long periods of time. Not right to help everyone else and ignore someone whose in pain and just wants to just get her MOBILE order. And you made the order wrong. If I wasn't in so much pain I would have brought it back. Going to a different mcdonald's next time.
