Jessica wouldn’t honor a refund since I didn’t receive an item I ordered and paid for. I was on my way to work the night shift and had to call in late to come back for a refund.

I swung by this McDonald’s and hit the drive-through. There was only one other car it just me. I felt like for not being busy. They were a little slow, but overall it’s not a big deal. It looks nice from the outside, I’m sure that it’s nice on the inside. The food was as expected, the only thing I would change about my order was light ketchup I felt like they went heavy on the ketchup.

Tables a little dirty, the have a computer printed sign basically telling you they want you to use kiosk or app to order and only want to be botheted if you are using cash. But the app and kiosk dont work well for new users or link up easily like they are supposed to do and dont show all the advertised deals the store has on thir walls. The $5 discounts meals available show as $10-12 in the app. They will rush you at the register whomever the male day manager was, had a verbal argument with a lady in the store about a refund because she sat for 30 minutes waiting for her food that was sitting on the to go counter the whole time because she was hard of hearing with all the kids there and nobody walked the floor to see if an order was missing.. i will give them a chance again later but im cooling it for a while... all i wanted was a spicy mcchicken value meal lol

Order was accurate. Food was cold before we even left the drive thru parking lot. Reached into the bag when we got home (2 minute drive) and seen our sandwich had a bite or something taken our of it through the wrapper? The photo was taken as we took our food out of the bag. Morning shift has excellent customer service and great quality food and temperature. Night shift, needs work. You should uphold your quality standards at all hours of operations. Not only when it's busy.

I had the creepiest encounter at this McDonald’s. If you are women and have children for your own safety please do not come here. This is the first time I am leaving a negative review but felt the need to after the strangest encounter that left me uncomfortable and worried for my safety.
When I was ready to order, there was no response. I automatically thought there may be an issue with the headset and decided to pull up to the window. At the window was a white male who stared towards my direction but didn’t talk. His chest move up and down. His body was slightly out the window. When asked if he was okay, he only stared and no reply. Imagine this being you, absolutely terrifying.
