I live close by and it was one occasion that I was in a hurry to go work. I ordered one simple coffee, The opinion, the parking lot to wait which was ridiculous. I refuse to weight there and I asked for my coffee. I was running late.. The person get upset next time when I went there again. Ordered a mail for my boys and I they sent me to the parking lot again and I will more than 10 minutes. I have to get out of my car to get my foot. The third time I went that again request a ice cream in a mail for my son, the lady close the window on me after she gave me the ice cream napkin . After she gave me, my sons smell, she close the window again, without asking or being kind at all. Quit experience. Of course I’m not going back.

Ordered my food, asked if the fries were fresh, he said fresh and hot, I pulled around front and went in because the fries were luck warm and nasty, the big Mac and crunch wrap was not good either. For what I paid for this cold food, I could've went to a restaurant cheaper. Manager acted like he didn't care and no sorry, it was like, oh well to him!

Always use app & my food comes out hot! So I recently went for breakfast and used the app as i always do. I didn't realize until I got home they did not put in any of the 4 hashbrowns that should have come with my order. They didn't give me the napkins or the condiments I ordered. I called to let them know and they said I would have to go back to get everything they missed. I explained that wasn't possible. Rather than offer to send a gift certificate for the value or take down my name And number so that when I go there the next time I just need to tell them I'm on a list which is what they used to do in the past. Unfortunately I was told that there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to come back that same day. It was pretty disappointing. What's even more disappointing is I am a very loyal customer. I go to McDonald's at least once a day EVERYDAY!

Worst service ever! Always takes forever to order and to receive food!!
Service took over 20 minutes for a few burgers and a happy meal. They were by no means busy. When the food came out, the fries tasted like they had been sitting for quite a while and I had to ask for fresh fries. I went up and asked about our order after 15 minutes and they just said they were working on it. Then it finally showed up after another 10 minutes!!

They denied me breakfast at 10:41 in the morning and said they stop breakfast at 1030 on the McDonald’s it states breakfast ends at 11 on weekends ITS A SATURDAY I WAS IN LINE FOR 12 MINUTES

If I could give this place a zero, I would, but unfortunately, I can only give it a one. This place ALWAYS gets my order wrong, and then I have to turn back around and get my order right. On top of that, the speakers for the drive thru are HORRIBLE. I can barely hear anything, and they always break out. Also the service is atrocious. But unfortunately, this is the closest mcdonalds near me.
