Came in for breakfast ordered it for here and got a number , no one ever delivered it to our table, I had to go get it, which means it was probably sitting there and getting cold which it was, I also had to go back up front to get key hip and napkins, no one was up front so I had to yell for some ketchup so they would here me. Terrible service!!!!!!!

It's been 15 years since I ate McDonald's, today I decided to do it. The taste hasn't changed at all, I had a Diet Coke, I hated the taste, I prefer the competitor's.
Som staff is not exactly rude, but definitely not friendly. It has happened to me many times at the drive thru window. They give me my food and close the window without saying anything to let me know that's my complete order so I sit there until I look in the bags to make sure or someone finally sees me. That's another thing, they give my food and close the window before I have a chance to ask for some ketchup. Sometimes I feel that I'm deliberately ignored. Fortunately this location does have a few friendly stass that make up for the experience.

ordered fresh hot fries and 2 large double cheeseburger meals with coke one with no chees and they gave me cold fries and changed a coke to a frozen coke and added a charge of 90 cents for changing it to a frozen coke, the drive thru speaker is broken really quiet, fuzzy and echoes we ordered at the window, do not order here horrible experience
