I gave this place 1 star for showing up for work the day I visited.
I should give 0 stars for not having a senior coffee discount. Maybe this store is un-American.

I only come here for the cheap sweet tea or the power adele.
I work on the road, I've been to this location multiple times. Every single time the food comes out super sloppy. For example, I ordered spicy mcchickens, the mayo was all on the side of the sandwich. I ordered a big Mac, same problem, sauce all over the side of the burger. I order double cheeseburgers, the ketchup and mustard are literally like the red Sea being split by Moses.

Food was fresh every time I ordered this week, drinks were crisp and not watered down.
Only bad part of this location is they are incredibly slow. No matter which way you order, curbside drive thru or inside it took forever. No prob if they're short staffed and I have no idea if they were. Otherwise I had no mistakes.

Ordered 2 mocha frappes 1 was half full paid for 2 full ones. They have almost doubled in price in the last year and get half as much frappe.3rd time at this location will be the last!! never going back there again!!!
I love coming for my ice coffees here, especially at this McDonald's. I also have my favorite employees that rock 1 that knows how my niece and I love our coffees and thee other I noticed that he would just peek to see if I was ok as well as his other seniors in the lobby tonight, he also made my coffee so delicious 😋 . Thank you McDonald's for watching out for your seniors and when my daughter needed you the most thru your Ronald Mcdonald house.

This location specifically is always slow and short staffed. I have ordered ahead of time to pick up in store and beat the line, yet it takes them even longer, even if its just a coffee. You will save time driving out of your way to another location. McHenry McDonald's is 20 times faster.

I don’t see the whole point of doing mobile order when they don’t it ready after placing the order more than 15mins ago. You might as well order at an actual restaurant since it better quality and service. Plus u know ur order will be ready by the you get there🙄 so now instead of 10mins it’s 30mins wait time in the lobby. I wouldn’t recommend this spot. The manager suck as well and I see why their employees don’t care!
