This place is horrible. The manager in the morning is pathetic and not helpful at all. The order board on the wall is broke so you are forced to use the kiosk. I have never seen a McDonald's as poorly ran as this one. The owner's apparently don't know or care at all. So sad that this is the way we have to live. Won't go back there again.

Vist sucked they were only accepting cash only and messed up my order and couldn't give me a receipt, and didn't know what I ordered had to ask me multiple times and still forgot items.

One of the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever gone to. We walked in to an empty dining area. There was only an employee seated eating. Another employee walked up to the counter and told us she would not take our order and for us to use the machines to place our order and that she would then put our food in the to go area when it’s ready. Worst customer service. If they were packed and busy I would understand, but they were not. Their drive through was also not busy. If possible I would give them zero stars. I left and ended up going to a different McDonald’s. I recommend the McDonald’s on Oakdale and scenic over this one.

The inside is clean. The service was quick and pleasant. The issue is and I say this for all fast food is the homeless population that surrounds these establishments. You would think McDonald's being the real estate moguls they are would understand this issue and resolve it with maybe buying out one of these old department stores that's boarded up like say KMart and turn it into a legit shelter that these guys would actually use. Not ones with early in early out curfews and your living area is your living area. If you poke around you'll find out these people would go if it wasn't for the strict guidelines.Kid-friendliness: Kids love McDonald's, that's why you guys should step up and help the homeless issue that surrounds you establishments!

After going to a medical appointment, waiting a few hours to see the doctorWe left hungry and it was raining, we looked at Mc Donald's and when we arrived they opened the door for us, took our order and sat us down, they took our order to the table with a smile and a lot of kindness. I was surprised by the service and the hot food and good taste, excellent mcParking: spacious both for driving a vehicle or in a pick up, large spaces for parkingand maneuver when leavingKid-friendliness: It has high chairs and a classic slide at McDplus children's sizes on the menuWheelchair accessibility: wide doors ramp and wide hallway inside the business
