Went to McDonald's at 4:30 got my food and got home there was a hair in my mc crispy sandwich Both fries were cold I called about the hair and all they told me is that I can come back and theyl re make it or give me a refund also ordered two meals that gave me one I paid $36 and they told me I owe them $5 and something cents more for the meal soI paid that and they still didn't get my fries had to go back in and get those 20 bucks an hour place is very unsanitary to have people having hair in your food they should be wearing hair nets

I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s. The manager’s customer service was poor and unprofessional. They did not listen to my concerns and acted like they didn’t care. Instead of trying to fix the problem, their attitude made the situation worse. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Management should improve how they treat customers, because this was unacceptable.

Most McDonald's now want you to use the Kiosk machines, taking focus off of the Registers at the counter, but for the elderly who don't know how to operate the machines is bad because then they stand at the counter unacknowledged.

So, I went to pick up an bacon double quarter pounder burger for my sister and she told me to make sure to check her burger burger for bacon incase they try to cheat her out of bacon again.
I get the burger from the drive-thru, check the burger, and no bacon. Had to go back inside, show the manager that there's no bacon on a bacon burger, and wait for another burger with bacon to be made. Is cheating people out of bacon normal at McDonald's? I would say, yes.

Whatever you do if you order the big breakfast with hotcakes.. check if said hotcakes ate there.. this team every single time finds it hard adding them into the tray.. I mean its not rocket science! 4-5 separate occasions now.. 🤦♂️

Everything thing is going up in price I understand that. I also notice the portion sizes getting smaller too? I hope they don't get much smaller all the burgers are like kids meals a few years ago.
