They never came out for my curbside order, knocked on the door after 15 minutes and they pretended not to hear me. I want a refund on my 3 orders but they won't answer the phone either.

I don't usually rate McDonald's, but today I stopped in at the Oakdale and Floyd location to kill some time. I had the breakfast for the first time in a long time. I was impressed by the incredible customer service. I ordered at the kiosk and took a sign and they brought it right out to me. No awkward standing around waiting like I usually have to do. The young gentleman that helped me was a great employee. He even brought me a refill for my coffee. Great job management!

Ordered a meal this morning for my dear family happened to be one of them was a crispy chicken and it was SO! DRY and burnt didn’t even have meat nothing but fyed skin do better !

I don't go back because they can never make my border right. It's pathetic and find myself asking them to redo the order. The employees and the Manager need to be educated on how to properly make food. As much money as they make for that job and they don't even make it right.

Last two times l got chicken nugget meal at drive thru the order was wrong. Had to walk inside to get the correct order the first time and the 2nd time at drive thru l told them it was wrong and they had me move up until they corrected it and luckily l check before l left because it was still wrong.

The McDonald’s overall is amazing but there is a couple of flaws. Such as they either take 5 minutes to deliver curbside or they take 20 minutes. Their food is usually hot but they miss items in the order.

In the day in eighteen, which we live in, it's very common that each booth has an outlet so that customers can plug in their phones, ipads or laptops, and do some work while they're eating their meal in mcdonald's. This mcdonald's did a remodel job and they intentionally removed the outlets, so customers could no longer could access them.
Then there's the cost, egg Mcmuffi s with cheese and a large Coffee came to over $15.00. Yikes. Hos can that be since they have listed that the same 2 sandwiches sell for 2 for $6.00...
There are other places close by that offer much better food than McSlobo's! I won't be returning anytime soon....

The snack wrap was nasty!!! The lettuce was bad. They should not put cold with hot it just mess up the food. My opinion is from a person who has a food handling certification and knows what happens when you mix hot and cold food together.
