Zero star. Get breakfast from here. Zero Coustamer service. I asked for sugar and cream on the side , they didn’t have it. She was so rude. When I checked the breakfast at home. No salt no paper , and they charged me more than other McDonald’s for a same breakfast.

Alma the manager, she was very rude. We ask for free fries we had a code , we gave it to the guy at the window, and there was a guy very sweet and very nice. His name is Luis. He tried to give it to us and she (Alma ) came with attitude she saying we don’t have a code. She was crying about medium fries, I didn’t leave till I gave the code to her again I proved we didn’t lie we had it, I don’t know how she’s a manager. She has to be nice with customers. She was mean and rude.

This McDonald's always skimps us on fries. We received these large fries barely half full! If I didn't already have a headache, I would've gone in there to make a stink about it. How is it that the price has gone up yet we are receiving less than ever? This is an absolutely piss poor excuse for a large fry. This is UNACCEPTABLE and frankly extremely disappointing. What was once a quick and easy convenience is now a disappointment every single time. We will not be returning. I'm not going to describe who made our food because the entire managerial staff should be ashamed of themselves, because this happens every single time.

food is usually made right but they need to get their iced coffees right. Many times they must forget to put syrup in it cuz it tastes like regular coffee. I am diabetic so I cannot have their regular iced coffee and I asked for their sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. I don't know how many times they have given me regular iced coffee instead of the sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. They need to train their employees better with this cuz they can really affect a diabetic

Did you put my granddaughter here after school get after school snack before we went to the gym? The tables were dirty and needed to be wiped off. Other than that the food was good and the service was excellent

This place is stupid they want you to order your food only from a kiosk rather than an employee and they're charging a fortune plus it's designed obviously for drive-thrus only because you have to park in the parking lot and walk across the drive-thru Lanes to get into the building

Today I had a horrible experience with the McDonald’s at 2601 Oakdale Rd. in Modesto California I drove through I had ordered three McMuffins and two hashbrowns and they came back with an incorrect order. I drove back down to McDonald’s and the service there was horrible. They ended up telling me that I needed to go to another McDonald’s and they did not give me anything for my inconvenience and they were very rude and I drove off very unhappy and pissed off so I would suggest that no one goes to the 2601 Oakdale Rd. McDonald’s because the customer service there is horrible, and I will have photos of what my order look like when I get home I did not order for plain English muffins. My order was cold when I got home and I had to return back to McDonald’s so therefore the order the hashbrowns were very cold and the other McMuffin was cold. They didn’t offer to give me fresh hashbrowns that were hot. They just said you just need to go to the other McDonald’s. I left very highly upset and I think no one needs to be treated that way and those people that waited on me need to be terminated.This is the latest update photos, after I got home and open the bag, and look at the McMuffins the smell of them made me sick, it smell like rotten sausage and old eggs that had been spoiled. So I call the franchise back the second time to report this as well.

I'm very particular about my, due to medical issues. They were very kind and curtious about it as they have been every time I've asked for no salt on anything. It's great to trust people and enjoy a guilt free meal.
Dietary restrictions: If you have salt restrictions, just ask for no salt. They make a fresh batch to make sure theres no salt on your order of fries. You can ask for no salt on your burger, too.
