I don't usually rate McDonald's, but today I stopped in at the Oakdale and Floyd location to kill some time. I had the breakfast for the first time in a long time. I was impressed by the incredible customer service. I ordered at the kiosk and took a sign and they brought it right out to me. No awkward standing around waiting like I usually have to do. The young gentleman that helped me was a great employee. He even brought me a refill for my coffee. Great job management!

The McDonald’s overall is amazing but there is a couple of flaws. Such as they either take 5 minutes to deliver curbside or they take 20 minutes. Their food is usually hot but they miss items in the order.

food is usually made right but they need to get their iced coffees right. Many times they must forget to put syrup in it cuz it tastes like regular coffee. I am diabetic so I cannot have their regular iced coffee and I asked for their sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. I don't know how many times they have given me regular iced coffee instead of the sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. They need to train their employees better with this cuz they can really affect a diabetic
