They must have changed owners recently because the food quality has dropped noticeably. The falafel was dry, gritty and disappointing. The grape leaves were the best the last time we got them about six years ago. Now they're microwaved and tasted like the canned stuff. Same with the hummus it was so bland! I don't know what to say honestly. I hope they get their act together because I was a regular customer when the old guy was running the place and he did a much better job.

I used to come here all the time prior to covid and the daughter helping Me'Mo was so funny and sweet. All meals came with the roasted/grill tomatoes and plenty pickles, tahin packs a d sauces. Past 3 years I started Door Dashing and no grilled tomatoes and no sauces...came in and was met with a rude daughter who clearly doesn't want to be there. The same pickles that come with my meal included from day one to Delievery, when asked for them she charged us $5. No grilled tomatoes and she was super stingy with the sauces. I'm glad I saw Me'Mo atleast. Kind of sad that the typical parts that made my meal enjoyable are now forgotten about and to charge me for something that I always get for free was ridiculous. I ordered Delievery again today and sure enough the pickled side dish was included as part of the meal. Funny what people will do to discourage people from actually coming into enjoy their restaurant.

I'm so glad I found this place! The nearest place was about 1 hour away for GOOD middle eastern food and then I found this about 20 minutes from my house. First off the young lady at the counter with curly hair who mentioned she was getting married next year, she was so friendly and and welcoming I felt like she was a friend I had known for years! She had such a warm personality that it just added to the fact their food was delicious! I got the large chicken kabob plate which was chicken rice and with salad instead of hummus and a side of pita bread and it was gone within 10 minutes! It was cooked perfectly, still moist with a nice grill flavor. I don't know what spices were used but it was so tasty! The salad had a nice vinegar based dressing that was light and fresh on it. I could eat it all day long. The plate also came with what looked like pickled veggies such as beets, jalepenos, carrots and pickles and although I don't like much spice I tried everything and it's the equivalent to the Mexican pickled peppers/carrots. They have good flavor, i had never tried beets before and I didn't like them but that's just preference otherwise the food was a 10/10. I will definitely make this my new spot to come to! I love supporting small businesses and this place was so welcoming with great food, I can't wait to come back!
Great food, great service. I got the gyro plate it was delicious. My wife got the chicken shawarma, and it was even more delicious. They were very cheerful and helpful with my dad who has a hard time choosing. It's definitely somewhere we'll come to again when we visit Modesto again.

Small, clean middle eastern restaurant with a Lebanese twist. We loved the salad dressing. It was spot on. We ordered Shawarma plates and they were just OK. The hummus was authentic. I just wish that they would give you enough bread with the meal. If you're eating at a Middle Eastern restaurant bread should be something that is brought to your table in abundance. You should not have to ask for it it's the mainstay of the culture.
