This is the first time I have ever had a bad with experience here. The employee saw it fit to tip them selves. I had a carry out order, so I didn't leave a tip. I put a 0 with a slash thru it on the tip section and filled in the total. They tipped themselves $8.00 on a $21.00 order. I realized this when I was checking my bank account and saw that they had taken out $29.00. When I spoke to the manager , she said I left an $8.00 tip. I told her I did not. She said she was going to review the transaction. Once she reviewed the receipts, she said that the 0 I made looked like an 8, but that the total I wrote in was for $21.00. She later refunded me the $8.00. So just keep your receipts and check your accounts. Only God knows how many people they have done this to.

bunch of retards work here waited 45 min then when I arrived to pick up my pizza and as soon as I paid were the pizza nobody knew were it was turned out some stupid lady gave my pizza away to someone else for free never again and the pizza is always overcooked

My husband and I decided to eat here one day and when we walked in we expected to be hit with the smell of fresh delicious pizza… instead, it smelled dirty, like sweat. There were many tables that had not been cleared of previous visitors trash. We ordered our pizza and took a seat. While we waited for our pizza I examined the room and further and it looks like this place is in dire need of a deep cleaning. So much dust everywhere, the sides of the tables and chairs are caked with dirt, the napkin dispensers are so dirty ( makes it hard to trust how clean their napkins are coming out of that thing). They brought our pizza and unfortunately it was made wrong, we asked them to remake it a second time, they apologized and made it. The second pizza was wrong again, we just accepted it for what it was at that point and did not ask for any discounts or refund. We were too hungry to wait for a 3rd attempt. We did not finish the whole pizza as it was not what we asked for. The woman that took our order then came to us and asked us about the situation and as I was explaining to her what happened, she seemed to be very defensive. She did not apologize and then asked rudely “what do you want to do about it?” I told her I didn’t want anything, and left it at that. I feel like she could have been more apologetic and understanding rather than getting defensive. In all, we will not be returning to this location. I will note that the staff member that made our pizza both times was very apologetic and seemed genuine. I know he was just following the order that he was given but the woman that took our order can definitely take notes from him about customer service.

Came here for the pizza and it was very fast and very affordable. While eating here we noticed their was an arcade with a pinball machine. This machine was very well maintained except one slightly sticky right flipper.

I usually hate going here because service sucks. For the first time in history on 9/2 I had a pleasant stay because of employee Etan he should be a promoted to management if he isn't already. I decided to dine in and staff was calling out my dine in order like I was at McDonald's. Thankful for Ethan for taking lead and doing it the right way serving dine in guest and for the Driver Jessie for assisting with making my stay comfortable I am willing to reconsider my thoughts of thislocation because todays service.

I want to write this review and, I noticed that there seems to be an ongoing issue with pizza dough that is raw. I have come to this location multiple times never really had a problem until tonight when I brought my pizza home and was unable to eat my dinner because of raw pizza dough. When I called, I supposedly spoke to a manager who basically sounded like he didn't really give a rats ass his options to me were you can bring it back down and will remake it or I will give you a credit. I ask well can you deliver it? No, we can't do that I gave you the two options. OK I'm the one that's being inconvenienced here and all I'm asking is for them to deliver a pizza for me since you're the one that couldn't make my food right and he said I gave you the two options. Then I spoke to a lead then and I said why don't you just credit back my money I said, because with the customer service that I am receiving from you all tonight, I don't wanna come back here and she said well you'll have to bring the pizza back tonight. I'm like I can bring it back in the morning it's still going to be raw but I was told no you have to bring it back tonight when I asked for the corporate office number I was told she didn't they didn't have it. When I asked for her name, she provided it then when I asked for the other managers name I was told she can't give that information without his permission and she didn't even have to give me her name she stated. I don't know where customer service has gone, but there is no more customer service so my advice is to check your pizzas before you leave the establishment.

Unfortunately the guy bagging my food was handling money right before touching all the Togo boxes and paper that lays under the food so needless to say I was grossed out by this. The employees need a refresher course in cleanliness.
