Mountain Mike's Pizza

Never coming back I Oder a small pizza and they took 1 hour to make my pizza and there was not pack is the worst place I been to is better it’s better to order online they just focus on that.

Go to any other Mountain Mikes. We had our pizza delivered. There was barely any sauce, very little cheese and the toppings were sparse. We accidentally picked this location and knew immediately when we opened the box we ordered from the wrong store. Dry, no cheese pizza. They gave us two cheese packets and two pepper packets. Don't spend your money here!!!

I would love to give them 5 stars because their service was very nice additionally the staff was friendly and the specifically one whose name is Navvi. The food was also amazing and the prices were fair like it is not very expensive. So overall they are amazing and I would love to go there again! 🤩

This place is hand down the worst of the worst
Mountain mikes I ever been to ! So unorganized waiting forever for them to even take my order . Went for the lunch buffet and they had nothing for the salad bar took them FOREVER to bring out pizza wasn’t a buffet and very upset with this location 👎

I ordered through doordash as a self pick up and we'll very sadly I was disappointed at first he couldn't find my order and second pizza was cold to the touch. No salads ready either. He goes in fridge and throws it together very poorly and items i never requested. Pizza he kept looking around and unfortunately hands me a random pizza cold to the touch

Not good. Had to wait for a extended amount of time even though we ordered online. They forgot part of the order. Got home and realized the pizza where made incorrectly but it wasn't worth the fight tp go back down there. Mountain mikes standards seem to have dropped. Alot.

This place ain’t what it used to be, not even close. Ever since the new owners took over, it’s been nothing but downhill. The booths are ripped up, the carpet looks like it’s been there since the ‘90s and is literally falling apart, and the roof straight up looks dangerous, like it’s one bad storm away from caving in. It’s not just ugly, it’s unsafe — and what really stings is you can tell the owners just don’t care. No pride, no effort, no presence.

My family and I have been coming here since 2012, right when we first moved to Ceres. This was one of those spots we’d hit all the time. Birthdays, casual family dinners, catching up with friends — we got a lot of memories tied to this place. And back then, under Steve? It felt alive. Steve wasn’t just some owner hiding in the back counting money. He was around, he’d greet people, check in, and you could feel he actually cared about keeping things up. He kept the place clean, safe, and welcoming. The little things mattered to him — and because of that, people respected him and supported his business.

Now it’s the complete opposite. The new ownership has basically let everything slide. You don’t see them, you don’t hear from them, you don’t feel like anyone’s paying attention. And the condition of the place proves it. The sharp difference between when Steve ran things and now is unreal. He set a standard, and the current owners tossed it in the trash.

It honestly hurts to see how far this place has fallen. For over a decade, my family’s been loyal customers here. This used to be somewhere we were proud to bring people, now it’s almost embarrassing. If the owners don’t wake up and start showing they care, they’re gonna lose the trust and support of the same community that Steve worked so hard to build and keep together. And once that’s gone, it’s real hard to get it back.

Would pit zero if I could. Especially after reading Montay's post. Wish I would have read sooner, but it's Mountain Mikes, right? I shouldn't have to. Oooooo, but you should for this location! Really wanted some pizza tonight. Its only 11:10 as I post this. But they are closed. How hard is it to put your correct hours up?

So very good but so very expensive. Especially if you have a big family that includes 2 teenage boys. So we not our go to but our once in a while. Quality is far superior. So yummy

I visited the Mountain Mike's Pizza in Modesto, CA 95351 on April 29, 2025, at around 6:48 PM (Transaction No. 158539013), and had a very disappointing experience. My order was delayed by nearly 27 minutes, and the staff was unhelpful when I tried to address the issue. One employee, Caitlyn, was particularly unprofessional, spending time with her boyfriend and engaging in inappropriate behavior in the store instead of assisting customers. This was highly unacceptable and ruined the experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve service in the future.

The pizza was great and was ready relatively fast.
