Our pizza was supposed to arrive at 5:30, however by 6:30 we still did not receive it. We called and were put on hold then hung up on. Once we finally got someone on phone they informed us they were just about to put it in the oven. I am very understanding and know that places get busy, but an hour after it was supposed to be delivered we found out it wasn't even cooked is a bit much.

Was not told that are individual cheese pizza would take a hour ...Gave lame excuse that they were orders online when I clearly heard the man order and pay for his pizza then sit down then leave before we got ours .

It's my favorite Mountain Mike's in Modesto. The staff there is superb.
Went to this dump a few minutes ago to pick up my order...it was not found so I made clear what the order was and proceeded to wait for it to be remade...after waiting around a half hour I again asked about it and was told it 'disappeared'...lol..what a joke..so I left..not that I am too disappointed..the place was filthy,the employees looked either under the influence of a substance or maybe just mentally disabled in some way...the service was horrible...the restaurant was filthy...I wouldnt feed my dog food from this dump...

The gentleman who helped us was very nice and the wait time was not too long at all.
There are a few games to keep your kid(s) entertained. There are TV's around to watch games. Plenty of seating and location is easy to find.

This place has really good customer service pizza tasted good and I really enjoy there lunch buffet. The person that helped me was very nice and really made me feel welcome
Had a great time. Brought our soccer team in for a party, the service was great and the food was perfect. They took great care of us, and everyone left happy. Thank you!

I went here for a birthday party and we used the backroom. The staff was prompt on the orders and brought them.out to us. It was a Thursday so it wasn't busy but we were all pleased.

Twice now, I have come in and seen sick employees, unmasked, talking to customers and making food. This store is its own superspreader event. If you want COVID in 2024, visit Mountain Mike’s on McHenry! TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO STAY HOME IF THEYRE SICK. DO NOT LET THEM STAY IF THEY ARE SICK. OWNER/MANAGER YOU ARE AT FAULT FOR MAKING PEOPLE SICK. Next time, I’m calling the health department. This store is a germ cesspool. Maybe I should call now actually, I dunno how it works. Maybe you’ll get a visit from some official soon!

I placed an online order at 7:25pm, got an email confirmation saying my order would arrive at 8:30pm, at 9pm I still had not received anything. I called the restaurant, and the employee sounded bored and uninterested. She put me on hold, and when she came back, she said they still hadn't even made my pizza!!! I ordered ONE large pizza, nothing else!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering!! This was my first and last time ordering from this place!! I asked her to cancel and refund me but said she could not send me any sort of confirmation ?
