Mountain Mike's Pizza

Anthony was the best! He's really what made the experience wonderful. He checked on us, asked us what kind of pizza for the buffet we'd like. Totally would come here again. The pies were piping hot and they just kept coming.

I'm on a journey to try all the pizza buffets in the city and will have to say for now, Mountain Mike's is winning!!

We ordered pizzas for NYE 2024 & I’ve never felt more bad for a crew in my life! Every person was hustling, trying to fulfill all the orders and there were delays and people were MAD. Didn’t have to wait as long as some others but when we got home we realized this was THE BEST PIZZA we’ve ever gotten from here!! On their very busiest night. Respect,

Pizza was excellent as always but despite ordering ahead online there was a considerable wait to receive it for take out. Another group dining in returned an entire pizza as it was made incorrectly - employees appeared understaffed/overworked, at least on the date I came in.

Spent $78 and waited for about 45 mins to get our pizzas and have the bottom of the box feel warm and not hot like they did not just come right out of the oven . We get home and our pizzas (two different kinds) look like this ! Is it just me or does it look like we ordered extra extra green onions . Customer service could have been better as well. SMH

Promised delivery 5:55. Showed up 10 minutes early and didn’t get my pizza until 6:25. The girl working the register said my tag must have been thrown out. My pizza was cold by the time they boxed it up to give it to me. The customer service is so bad. Won’t be doing that again.

My sister amd I had lunch today at the Mountain Mikes at Prescott and Standiford at 11 am and our experience was really impressive. We were greeted by Anthony who was so upbeat and super nice. His customer service skills were top notch. He was so accommodating and even asked us if there was a pizza we would like to see at the buffet and did it. I talked to him before we left because I wanted him to know how much I appreciated his great customer service. I also listened to him greet and talk to the customers coming in while we were eating and he was just as nice every time. I hope the management for this store knows just what a gem they have in Anthony. The store was super clean and the salad bar was exceptionally good. Thank you for the A+ dining experience.

Incompetent staff and management, gave away our order to a different customer then told us we’d have to wait close to an hour for our food after waiting for our order once already. Will not return.

We came in for quick lunch buffet at about 1:00. Not a good selection but ok. But I will be checking my receipt more closely as we had water with our meals but were charged for soda, over 6 dollars.

The pizza was not good!!! I had a medium combo. It didn't smell good. The onions were bad tasting. Took them off. Just bad!!! Ceres mountain mikes is the bomb!!

Good pizza every time. We've never been let down by Mountain Mikes at any location. Vegetarian pizza is as tasty as a combination without the meat. The tomato chunks are a highlight for me ?

I popped in last minute to place a take out order around 9-10pm Saturday night 06/22/24 at the Prescott and Standiford location. There was only one gentleman working the front counter and it was a super busy night for this location. But despite all that, the gentleman at counter was extremely nice and provided the best customer service to everyone including myself. My order was perfect! Thank you!!!!
