If u like to be on hold for 15 mins then hung up on and then call back to just be instantly put on hold this place is the spot.

Tried placing an order and was placed on hold for over 15 min. The call ended with me being disconnected. I made a second attempt to call back and was transferred to an answering machine. As I left a brief message explaining the difficulty I had getting through I was again disconnected. I tried calling a third time where it said the line was busy. This has happened in the past and we've ended up going in and placing our order. To our shock, the calls just aren't being taken and they aren't busy. I ended up calling Pizza Guys and they were prompt in answering my call.

Been going to this mountain mikes for 3 and half years and the previous mgmt used to be amazing, but think I’m going to take my funds to the other guys cause I was just played on my family and friend discount that I have Ben on for 3yrs but now it’s a problem???? Ok say no more.

Everything was good. There were not much people there when we were there. The only negative thing I would say is that the chicken wings was not cooked all the way through not only once but two times.

I walked in to see one of the employees tieing her shoe on the counter where they box pizza, without cleaning or wiping it down after, gross and unsanitar, and between her and the other employee working I got no acknowledgement or greeting and waited 5 minutes before anyone helped me. Customer service for most young people has really gone down hill and it's a real turn off for going out.

Emalee was an extraordinary worker/human being! Not only did she have a can do attitude but she was so helpful! We need more people like her in this world. I cannot say anymore good about this young woman! Who ever her manager is needs to give this girl a raise! I would like to be helped by Emalee everytime, she is just that good! :)

Emalee is Fantastic! I couldn't get my phone to work the app. She helped me with my order, pleasantly took my order, and made me smile while doing so. That was pretty awesome considering I wanted to scream when I walked in. Thanks Emalee for being the best part of my day!

Emalee was amazing! She was so helpful and had an amazing attitude while helping me. If anyone in this world deserves a raise it should be her!

Update Review:
The food quality, from the ingredients to the trash seed Oil, consistently leaves me with immediate regret. Frankly, the aftermath is so unpleasant, it makes a McDonald's meal seem like a healthy choice by comparison. Pizza should be a joy, not a cause for such severe discomfort. Never coming back. Revamp your ingredients

Nobody makes an all meet combination like Mountain Mike's.you all BKool/Stay Safe..

I’ve tried the buffett at this location on a few occasions and it’s always sparse. The salad bar side is stocked but they usually have 2-3 pizzas with about 5 pieces left that look like they’ve been sitting there for hours. Also it’s not very clean. The shakers on the tables are dirty and so are the blinds and windows.

My review is about your bad ordering policy, they are completely immoral and deceptive business practices. You don't allow topping substitution and don't reduce the price when deselecting unwanted toppings. i.e. I've deselected 3 toppings and the price remains as is, and the moment I select a new desired topping the price jacks up. This is robbery, totally deceptive and unfair business practice.

Unfortunately, I can't reply to the vendor's response, that's why I'm editing my review to comment on their input.

Before I wrote my review, I had already called your store to place the order and was told that is your policy. So, it is pointless to reach out to you. This is the way to reach out to you to have you change your deceptive practices. I'm definitely not interested in resolving MY concern alone, but these are the concerns of many other people, so you need to fix your business to be right for all and not just one individual. That further shows how bad of business managers you are.
