Mountain Mike's Pizza

I’ve tried the buffett at this location on a few occasions and it’s always sparse. The salad bar side is stocked but they usually have 2-3 pizzas with about 5 pieces left that look like they’ve been sitting there for hours. Also it’s not very clean. The shakers on the tables are dirty and so are the blinds and windows.

My review is about your bad ordering policy, they are completely immoral and deceptive business practices. You don't allow topping substitution and don't reduce the price when deselecting unwanted toppings. i.e. I've deselected 3 toppings and the price remains as is, and the moment I select a new desired topping the price jacks up. This is robbery, totally deceptive and unfair business practice.

Unfortunately, I can't reply to the vendor's response, that's why I'm editing my review to comment on their input.

Before I wrote my review, I had already called your store to place the order and was told that is your policy. So, it is pointless to reach out to you. This is the way to reach out to you to have you change your deceptive practices. I'm definitely not interested in resolving MY concern alone, but these are the concerns of many other people, so you need to fix your business to be right for all and not just one individual. That further shows how bad of business managers you are.

Spent almost fifty dollars on plain wings with ranch I got red hot can't eat better check your box before you leave ill never go back

Giving one tiny cup of ranch for a medium size pizza and 12 wings is ridiculous.

Probably the worst service I've ever received, I ordered my food by phone they said 40-50 mins, no problem I showed up a hour later where I'm ignored for 15 mins finally a very pregnant woman decided to work take my name takes my money and tells me they will call them it's ready, doesn't even bother checking if it's ready seeing is I orded well over a hour ago, but I wait and I wait then 45 mins goes by and I've had it so I ask where my food is and they check and it's sitting on the top of the over the guy beings it to me and trys to convince me it still piping hot as he says all while two dorks behind the counter cooking the food joke about chicken wings hitting the flood. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I'll definitely be filling a complaint with the city

Staff was very friendly and outgoing. The lunch buffet has a great variety of fresh pizza along with fresh bread. Definitely will be back!

I ordered a half and half pizza and took longer to make with choosing carry out option. They were short staffed and when I finally got my pizza it was so half assed thrown together with barely any toppings when I ordered the everest that has a ton of toppings. And when I took it back in the girl proceeded to tell me that this is how it will look because they measure out the toppings. I'm sorry I order here all the time and never had only 4 slices that were covered with toppings.

This is usually my favorite mountain mikes but I don’t know what happend tonight. Orderd 2 large pepperoni and one looks like a piece was took from it and the other just doesn’t look great.
