I decided to try Mr. Pickles for the first time the other day and it was so good I came back the next day. The sandwich was delicious and one of the best I’ve had, as well as great customer service.

$15 for a sandwich made wrong. I came in just today to get a BBQ Melt. They asked if I wanted it with The Works and I replied, “just the lettuce from it”. I couldn’t see them making it behind the counter but felt it was taking a little long for cheese, bbq sauce, chicken and some lettuce. Paid and went home only to open up sandwich with ALL of The Works on it. Disappointed.

It was really good and they are all. So nice that work there .. that doesn't happen much .

I have been coming to Mr Pickles since they opened, my son, now 16 has been coming here his entire life, I am concerned that there total switch to on line and no more call ins might force me to choose another option moving forward, the fact that when I called in they told me I had to order on line and then COULDN’T TELL ME THE WEBSITE NAME was concerning.The website itself is clunky and has major errors, including not being listed as an option when you search for it so you are first taken to 3rd party sites that are all $15+ dollars for sandwiches that are listed on the site as $11.99… it leads to bad brand recognition and a very poor customer experience. Not to mention on my FIFTH TIME of having to enter my information it added a tip automatically and considering the DUMPSTER FIRE customer service experience I had, that is $4.77 I DID NOT plan on paying.Please let me know when you’ve made this better so I can come back for our families fav sandwiches… until then, I’ll go to Save Mart where I can still call in my order without issue.

I spent 30-45 minutes trying to place an order online because they don't take orders by phone (only online or in person). All fields were completed online, but I kept getting errors to enter my name, which I did 6 times, and the order would not go through. I called back, and the young man told me to "just keep trying because he was not computer savvy and they had a line out the door" I asked if, in this case, they could take an order by phone, but his manager said no. They just lost a customer. I would give 0 stars if I could. They expect people who take a 30-minute lunch to drive over there, place an order, wait for the order, and return to work on time?
