Foods solid, employees on the other had...could use some work.

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap & Dutch Crunch Mr. Pickle Sandwich and was so disappointed in both. The wrap was dripping everywhere and didn’t even have a hint of the taste of Buffalo. The Mr. Pickle was flavorless and the bread was stale. Will never order here again.

Wow! Mind blown in a bad way. Just had the worst customer experience of my life. Such a shame, this place used to be a great place to eat with warm and friendly staff. Now, the food is prepared by people who literally act like it's their goal to trash the owner's business. I'm guessing they are really unhappy with their jobs? All three of them acted like entitled brats. Not one ounce of customer service present. And refused to give me their supervisor's information. They then proceeded to call the same supervisor to ask how to ring up my order!🤯🤣....0% of them knew how to do it. Stay away unless you want to get into a squabble with mannerless emotional toddlers and eat their sloppy creations.

I called to ask a few questions the female owner seemed very rude and abrupt the sandwiches are mediocre at best and way overpriced I paid $17 dollars roughly for a 10 inch sandwich that was not that great tasting. My husband and I try supporting small local businesses but the last straw was when I called in and husband of owner absolutely rude as well . We will not be coming back to say the least . A lot of better sandwich places with nice employees.

The employees are very nice and inviting. The only thing negative to say is about a week ago I could not order on line. I called the store and a gentleman said he thought the line was back up and that’s the only way they take call in orders. I tried a few times with no luck so we had something else to eat.

Food and services great. But the prices were very high for what you get

I order from Mr. Pickles multiple times a year for company meetings. I usually order the Premium Box-Extra Large so there is a variety of sandwiches for people to choose from. The quality of the sandwiches is better than from any other place I used to order from.

Yasmeen is the best. Sandwich was top quality everyone here was very nice and helpful. I would recommend to come to this store every time you are craving a delicious sandwich.
