This Mr.Pickles did not refund me my money I made a purchase of $64.37 and the (owner) Eric refunded me $16.57 how is this even possible? I should of let him keep the rest since his business probably needs it more than what I do. Be careful when ordering and wanting a refund I called ahead and was told specifically they were going to refund me the FULL AMOUNT since the my whole order got messed up I drive back to the shop when getting there he asked who told me that on the phone? EXCUSE ME how do you not know who your employees speak to on the phone? This is just ridiculous learn how to run your business keep your employees on check

I called In for 3 sandwhiches and was told that I needed a credit card on file before placing the order. I'm sorry I'm calling in because I don't have the time to sit there and order in person. Which means I don't have the time to scramble for my credit card and read you numbers I'm at work! They said it's their policy, but last week we called in 4 items and they didn't request us to put a card on file. Calm down I'm not calling a hotel to make reservations.

I have no idea what the bad reviews are talking about. Probably nitpicks. This food is great and my experience with the staff has been amazing too. They go out of their way to be cheery, nice, and fast. Love this place!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My coworker and I came to this location frequently, never had an issue with staff. Today, I accidentally called in the order to the wrong location, when I found out I apologize and cancelled our order. When placing a new order at the H st location the owner was extremely rude and stated that it was costing her money since the other location was hers as well. For being the owner she needs to learn some customers services skills. Mistakes happen,BUT you should never make another person feels less than for making a simple mistake. Truly unprofessional.

I had ate at a few sandwich places in town and had came across this place. I really loved their sandwiches and staff were always very pleasant. I ate here almost every other day and staff even knew what I would order. But, the way I viewed this place changed today. My co-worker and I had accidentally called in an order to their location on Oakdale and we didn't know this until we arrived to pick up our order on H Street. When we arrived to pick up the order, the lady at the register told us they did not have a call in order under our name. We realized we had called the wrong location, my co-worker calls to cancel the order and apologized. The lady at the register goes on to tell us that our orders were already made at the other location and I informed her it would be far to drive back. The lady goes on to say, "Well, I'll make your guys order this time, but this is money coming out of my pocket." At this moment, I hated how she made us feel. It was a mistake and she made us feel as we had done this maliciously. I went on to tell her not to make our sandwiches that I would drive to the other location and pick up the order at the Oakdale location. She then proceeded to tell us "It's okay. I'll give it to the boys or whoever." You could clearly see she was upset and I was bothered at this point. I asked her to charge me for the sandwiches at the current location AND the location on Oakdale where we accidentally placed the order. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn't do that and tried to make it seem like it was "okay" after she had made us feel like s**** As much as I loved going to this place, I will never be going back!

Ansolutely LOVE this place. The service is amazing. Employees are courteous and pay very close attention to detail. The owner i have seen from time to time. He is friendly and remembers faces. He treats everyone like family. Delicious Sandwiches every time. Highly recommend!!!!!
