I placed an order through the app, it didn't apply the coupon for the free shot. I get there and tell the employee that I am here for my order . I mentioned to her that my coupon wasn't applied she didn't attempt to fix the issue ,she stated call corporate. I ordered ahead to not have to wait, they hadn't supposedly received my order for the shot when it was placed in the same order with my smoothie. Honestly really disappointed in this location. This is not the first time I have had an issue with my order at this place.

So now this location has a kiosk to order. I luckily had my card on me to make a payment. But the people in front of me took forever to make their choices so in the long run imagine everyone who comes in completely clueless ordering. It would be a much faster process to have someone taking your order like before. Because the employees easily can find all the options. My smoothie was very chunky and my thing is I don’t want to chew my drink. I loved this place but I don’t think I’ll be returning anymore. But boy do I miss when the more special bowls were only $10.

I really like the food and the people that work here are generally great. My only issue is with the change to self-ordering kiosk. It takes SO much longer to get my order in now! Most people don’t know what they’re doing on it and need help. It is not making anything more efficient and now I just skip bothering to stop in when I see more than 1 person in line.

I love coming to Nekter after the gym the staff is always on point and friendly. The drinks are bomb and they just added protein waffles🔥 and building rewards on the app is awesome to get money off💕

If your completely miserable why even work here? I thought maybe just an off day, I’ve been back three times now and no improvement. I’ve never had such terrible customer service (Alyssa) doesn’t greet you when you enter, never smiles, no sincere goodbye. When she drops your drink she hopes you know it yours and if you don’t come she’ll quietly mutter it under her breath while she’s making another smoothie. Multitasking/ staying efficient I totally get but a little smile could go a long way. I love the smoothies here hopefully I don’t get spit in my next one. But Alyssa needs to be talked to… she brings down the whole vibe inside, really sad actually.

The associate I most frequently work with is Jeremiah, who consistently delivers outstanding service and an exceptional customer experience unmatched by anyone else. Very impressed at every level.
I had a wonderful experience at Nekter Juice Bar! The drinks were incredibly fresh, delicious, and truly health-affirming. I appreciated the quality of ingredients and the vibrant flavors. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning for more healthy and tasty options!

Can’t beat it if you’re a health nut except for making it at home. Prices aren’t ideal but what price is these days. Rewards are better than other places too. It’s clean ingredients, good nutrition, and i’d say my health is worth the treat so to speak. 👍
