I mentioned to her that my coupon wasn't applied she didn't attempt to fix the issue ,she stated call corporate. So now this location has a kiosk to order. I luckily had my card on me to make a payment. But the people in front of me took forever to make their choices so in the long run imagine everyone who comes in completely clueless ordering. It would be a much faster process to have someone taking your order like before. Because the employees easily can find all the options. My smoothie was very chunky and my thing is I don’t want to chew my drink. I loved this place but I don’t think...

I really like the food and the people that work here are generally great. My only issue is with the change to self-ordering kiosk. It takes SO much longer to get my order in now! Most people don’t know what they’re doing on it and need help. It is not making anything more efficient and now I just skip bothering to stop in when I see more than 1 person in line.
