Nothing Bundt Cakes

Showed up at 5:12 and their doors were closed, when someone finally came to the door the said they are closed. Hours list open until 6pm if someone is driving across town and you refuse service when it states on your hours your open that’s poor service!

The cake presented on the display is i guess just for the display. I said it was my first time there, its for a birthday and the guy recommended a few. I chose white chocolate raspberry and it was too overly sweet for our taste but that might just be our preference.
The disappointment came when I opened the box at home it didn't have the decorations that was displayed on all the cakes in the display. They never mentioned that cake comes naked, not with the big rose in the middle. Good marketing but not nice for the customers.

Great cake, customer service at the counter leaves a little to be desired. I’m not sure why you would promote a rewards program and then send the customer away and tell them to upload their own receipt on their own Time. Seems a rewards program should reward you for being a customer, not being an additional workload. I think next time I’ll bake my own cake.

We had an issue with grub hub who delivered the mini bundts smashed and all turned upside down. McKenzie the manager had new bundts delivered the same day though I told her it wasn't necessary. It was not their fault! My staff was very appreciative. They rock.

I understand that NBC does not make any guarantees regarding how safe their cakes are for celiacs. However, please educate your employees, particularly Sierra, about your procedures regarding gluten-free cakes. When I called the store and asked her about your procedures, if any, to prevent contamination of the gluten-free cakes, she mainly talked about using sanitizing wipes. While I am glad to hear that, it didn't answer my question.

This was my first experience with NBC and it was amazing. The girl working the front was an absolute sweet heart. It was my birthday and I wanted something different than a regular old cake. I ordered the snickerdoodle. Omg wow. Flavor is amazing, moist, and the frosting is really good. It's not a hard, overbearing, too sweet flavor. It's so good. I got the birthday confetti popper with the teal color. I loved it. 😍 totally worth every penny. The cashier also had me sign up on their website so I could get a birthday gift on them!! I got a little bundt cake. It was absolutely amazing. Thank you very much to both the girls working. You made my birthday upgraded!!

Omg, the dessert (bundt cake) single carrots cake was delicious. The ladies are professional and very nice. I'm going to be shopping at that location again, like today. Lol, my daughter got mad 😠 because I ate her piece of the cake. So this time I'm getting 2 cakes, not 1. Lol

Very quickly attended to when I walked in to collect my birthday Bundt cake. The only thing that is disappointing is the use of food artificial food dyes (because seriously why does chocolate cake need red 40?). Apparently only the carrot/pumpkin spice/GF chocolate chip are the ones without them. So in case anyone is not fan of those dyes just a heads up. I got myself the chocolate chocolate chip cake and it was good but after realizing it had the artificial dyes that won’t be part of my rotation anymore. Next time I’ll be sure to get the previous flavors mentioned because as I said the cakes themselves are good.

My 2nd time here and let me tell you their tasty treats are some of the best that I've tried. Also big thumbs up to the wonderful kid helping me out and being super friendly. Her name is Classic...yes that is a cool Damm name! She was friendly, funny and informative. Will shop at this location again.
