In my 60s seven years of living, I’ve never had anything come close to it.Has been grilled it last week and we’re returning today with fingers crossed. Will add pics later I hope :-)

Purchased awhile ago and since moved from the area. Currently was in search of some fresh King Crab legs and remembered them. At the time I purchased King Crab legs and a few pounds of Tiger Prawns. They were huuuge, and literally was caught the day prior. The customer service was 10/10, and the quality of product, makes me want to go back.KEEP up the amazing service Ohana!

Very disappointed in Ohana service. I preordered ahead of time and they hardly had anything we ordered when we got there Saturday at noon. No large prawns, no oysters at all and no scallops at all. Stood in line for 30 minutes to find out our order wasn't going to be there. Just ruined our Xmas Eve dinner. Thanks for nothing. The least you can do is call us and let us know but I know I know you're so busy and can't possibly do that. Then hire more people to take care of things like that. Very poor customer service.

John has always taken great care of us and helped us out when we were in a bind a number of times. This is the only place in Modesto that has Sashimi grade Salmon. I was going to drive all the way to Stockton, but I am glad I found this place on yelp. The customer service was amazing as well. The owner and his son were very helpful!

Wow!!!! This hidden gem has the BEST seafood in the Central Valley! My husband and I called last minute in hopes of finding king crab for our dinner party just a few hours away. John was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to have it delivered from his other location just for us. Within the hour not only did we have the biggest, freshest king crab, but we were also surprised with the option of purchasing a variety of quality oysters. John bagged everything up for us along with giving us great cooking tips and threw in lemons. We couldn't be happier. I promised John to take pictures and post but everything looked so damn good we dove in nom-noms first. I need to add- we purchased 3 lbs of king crab for a dinner party of four and had tons left over. These bad boys were chubby! I can't wait to go back and try the scallops and snag some more of those oysters I won't be buying seafood from anywhere else. Sorry not sorry Costco. #supportlocal

10/10 for seafood. So I don’t make reviews on google that much but I’m glad I actually went with my friend to preorder 4 sushi rolls because I was sus of this place not sure if it was legit (I thought it was a noisy fish market but it looked like a garage in person with one cashier ? and my friend was like wat). Originally my order was 4 rainbow rolls to try the variety they have but the chef personally made his own up and explained to us in person the content. I think we ended up having a crouching Tiger roll, rainbow roll, raiders roll, and some spicy tuna roll. So we tried the sushi it was amazing and fresh (the seafood is sweet to taste almost). Was going to share with the office since it looked like a tray full but it was gone by us 2 since it was so good. I would not go back to any other sushi place and only order from here. Will be ordering again!
I love scallops. Went to Obama Seafood and was helped right away and I bought a dozen large sea scallops. Took them home and quickly cooked them - two minutes in each side. Fresh and delicious!

Ohana, take it to the next level. You need to be open until 5-7pm atleast a couple nights a week. This is how you can grow, sales and life may be fine now but why not just ratchet it up a notch? Modesto is ready for that next step. A meat shop with all proteins in season. Built on the same concept that the local restaurants harvest their meat from you. Not a UPS truck that has been sitting out in the sun for a day.

I will not buy my fish from the supermarket ever again. Love the family atmosphere and the freshest seafood in town. I love when the make their seafood stew and crab cakes.
