My daughters and myself absolutely LOVE this place!! I get a strawberry smoothie with kiwi pop and a scoop of ice cream on top!! Soo delicious, just wish they had a bigger size! My daughters get a regular boba drink and a coconut smoothie. All great drinks, never had one bad thing from there.

Ordered a Vietnamese egg coffee that was clearly pre made I expressed that I did not care for the flavor it tasted like milk I asked for a refund and denied the worker Ana was visibly irritated and made me feel very uncomfortable for expressing my dislike and said she doesn't refund so I asked for a strawberry milk tea and she said no exchanges however I told her they have done it before and then she said she ran out of boba but the next guest got boba she was clearly lying and was agitated over me asking for a exchange the customer service is very poor she continued to say it's very sweet however she didn't ask me for the sweet level like they do every time I'm there she was very rude and added extra sugar so I wouldn't like it I never brought up anything about the coffee being sweet I only mentioned it taste like straight milk I will never return back even though iv been coming there since they open she handed my milk tea saying it's very sweet ! Very rude
