I ordered the beef ribs, I am a meat lover, disappointed, very hard and so much fat, my husband ordered the chicken katsu, horrible, used to be a delicious and popular Item on their menu, no more, extra thin chicken layer and very thick crust and oily, what ever happened to the delicious Hawaiian BBQ food chain? Never again

For a quick service restaurant this was great. Yeah we waited a minute but whatever, it wasn't unreasonable. Food came out piping hot, and was made well. Each entree had a serving of vegetables which is rare in the fast food industry, and their kids meals were perfectly portioned and also came with broccoli, applesauce, and apple juice. That mac salad alone will keep us coming back. The dining room was a bit sticky, but again not in a disgusting unreasonable way. This is a fast food restaurant after all. The ice machine was broken, although the staff had it clearly labeled and made sure to get us ice before we left the counter. On that note the staff were very friendly, and seemed busy in the kitchen the entire time. They weren't goofing off or having loud personal conversations or sitting around, they were there to provide good food, and since that's my number one concern when going out to lunch, I didn't mind an unbussed table or two.

Food was burnt the place was dirty the chair horrible and their was a blood stain on one of them to spend fifty dollars on the food and then the boxes be a mess wow. It was everywhere.

Genuinely never felt so sick from a place tried it for the first time two days ago got the beef and chicken plate and oh my I got extremely sick I’ve missed two days of work for some dumb stuff I would never eat here again should be inspected more often I’m a very fit individual that rarely eats out I thought chicken and protein but I do not suggest this place

Pretty standard Hawaiian bbq. Food was good and hot, though we had to wait almost 15 minutes for some of it, which seemed a bit long for what it is.
I'm not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from. I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious, the portions are huge and the workers are always nice and pleasant. Sure, the food takes a bit sometimes but it's never disappointing. Worth the wait in my opinion.

Food and service was alright, but nothing exceptional. It took 20 minutes to get our food, which seemed long for someplace marketed as fast food. The food itself was nothing special. The meat was chewy and fatty, like it hasn't been trimmed or may have been overcooked. The macaroni salad was the best part of the whole meal. The bathroom was disgusting and the floor in the dining area was sticky no matter where you stepped. For around $15 an entree, I won't be back.
