the food is usually amazing. but today i had to wait 20 minutes and i was only the second person in line at the drive thru, and inside was not busy. the people in front of me only ordered 2 meals, and i only ordered one. the chicken was super chewy and i was only able to eat a few bites of the whole entire chicken part. and i was given one piece of broccoli and a ton of cabbage. that was it for the vegetables.
edit : i ended up calling them and they were very kind and gave me a refund.

Ridiculous how long I had to wait in the drive through. People have places they need to be at. This place needs to be managed better. If one customers order is going to take more then 5 minutes maybe make them pull up to the front instead of having everyone wait over 30 minutes trapped in the drive through.

I order through the diverthrugh this is my 3 time here and I have to say it sticky like old chicken so bad that when I eat the food it made me very sick,I went again today and tried it thinking mybe it was just me getting sick but no it happens again today got very sick the food look very old like it was leftover from Sunday the rice felt very old and the macaroni salad was not cold it was so hot and nasty they need to keep everything refrigerator
If you plan on calling your order in to pick it up your self......good luck....sat on hold for 10 minutes and just gave up lesson learned never again

The food was really good. Service on the day I was there was laughable. Trying to get sauce out of the dispenser. Told the worker 6 feet away who was watching the struggle that it looks like they are out of sauce. She said "no, the dispenser is broken".......so just watch everybody fight a broken dispenser all day was the option she chose. How about say something or put out a sign.

The teryaki chicken was delicious but the beef was too chewy and the flavor was fishy. The worst part was long wait at drive through. Only one person ahead of me and I was waiting almost 20 mins
