Food is meh. I usually order the fire chicken and a good percentage of the time, it is over cooked/burnt and tastes really dry. Service is really slow. If I remember correctly, you can't order the fire chicken in the drive-thru. I don't understand why. Maybe because it takes longer to cook? Anyways, L&L Hawaiin BBQ's Spicy Chicken is wayyy tastier. HB's mac salad is hella good too.

This specific spot takes forever to get your food. We got two orders of Mac and two orders of spam. There were two cars in the whole drive thru. while we waited at the window for 15 minutes!!! Not coming back to this location especially when the food is barley

I ordered two #42, when I got home I realized they forgot the cabbage on both, ruined my dinner, I love cabbage, my son drives me but he had went home, I'm 81 years old. My son came over today we were out and about so I went by to address the issue, they told me they would give me some cabbage today for their mistakes yesterday. I was embarrassed for the place, I eat there all the time, my son thought it was funny, but said that had to be the stupidest thing anyone could offer. I will no longer eat there.

GREAT FOOD!!! Location has done significant mileage despite being newer but doesn't bother me as I normally takeout anyways.Food is authentic and hearty, they use real crab in their rangoons and they're masubi are top notch!Location has it's issues but that's Modesto nowadays, definitely worth the visit if you haven't been before
Employee helping me had 2 inch long acrylic nails which is so unhygienic for handling food and some were even missing!! Hopefully not into the food! Plus one of her hands had a bulky bandage of gauze and band-aids! How does she wash her hands?? So gross and disgusting. I'm glad I lost my appetite because I ordered a family meal and the entrees had big pieces of cabbage and hardly any meat. So I paid $50 for cabbage. I was left disappointed, concerned, broke, and hungry! Consumer beware!!

I waited by the speaker in the drive-thru for 7 minutes saying hello waiting for a response at that point I assumed this speaker must be broken so I drove to the window They looked over at me but did not acknowledge and I sat there another 5 minutes without any acknowledgment whatsoever. Finally the employee walked over and said "what do I want"?!?! To order Was my response and let her know I sat by the speaker with no acknowledgment I didn't know if it was turned on or not, she didn't apologize she didn't even respond accordingly she asked what my order was and then reached her hand out for my payment. It's now 12:07 and I've been here and entire 18 minutes in the drive-thru with zero other cars waiting. I would have just kept driving if I hadn't already paid I am on my lunch break The service is completely awful acknowledgment at the very least would have been nice. The woman who "helped me" name is stephany

This place is the true game changer, the fresh clean atmosphere, the delicious savory macaroni salad and white rice really makes me do the dougie and the cat daddy, with every bite of the fire chicken I just want to kiss every employee on the forehead for the great service and dedication, for satisfying my uncontrollable hunger, wash it down with an ice cold Old English on Hood.
