Really nice been coming here since I was in elementary so for a while lol. The new owner Sam is better then the old ones really clean place, polite customer service, and the froyo is really good it’s soft and the hard shell chocolate tops it off with the toppings really delicious and fair price for the froyo.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. He explained very well the flavors. There’s a lot of flavors to choose from and you can mix up different flavors.

This place is in bad shape I came here before covid and I had a pleasant experience. I went back today and the place was a mess. It looked like a whole bunch of 5 year old passed by and made a mess. It will be my last time at this yogurt place.

Questionable cleanliness, they don’t bother cleaning up after messy self serve customers especially those who bring multiple screaming kids in there that touch the dispensers, spill soft-serve everywhere, etc.Place is full of offensive paraphernalia (blue line, red hat type stuff). We walked out, not coming back. Yogurt Mill is your best option locally for quick frozen treats in Modesto.

It was nice that there were no long lines and the gentleman behind the counter was helpful and polite. Right next to Raley's the boba drink and Coconut smoothie were excellent and I had the strawberry banana frozen yogurt was delicious. Two thumbs up .

I've been here a couple times throughout the years and always had a good time. Last night however I'd gotten a raspberry fro yo that definitely had fermented. I'm still giving 5 stars as they're typically great and it wasn't that expensive and still edible, but I hope that this was just a one time thing and not a sign of things to come.

The place was not clean. There were food flies coming from the garbage that was full and open. It smell bad the fruit flies were all over the chairs. This place went from a very nice family place to an undesirable dirty place.
