We moved to Modesto last year and have been looking for a place like this. Stumbled upon it while getting donuts at bakers donut (do not recommend). Got the mini pancakes and cotija ice cream along with the fresas con crema…. DELICIOUS. Staff is super friendly and a commons and the place is clean!!! Highly

Such a great place to get any kind of Mexican snack your craving. They have tostilocos, elotes, fruit cocktails and so much more. Milk based ice creams and sorbets to aquas frescas and tejuinos. Super clean and amazing costumer service. The best hole in the wall. Love this place. 12/10

Came in super close to closing and they still were very welcoming. Love this place, must be protected at all costs. Modesto gem these flavors are so amazing very clean place floor was mopped and everything spotless

Wow!!!! First of all they close at 9:30 and we walk in at 9:24 and they still offered to serve us! It's a father/daughter who run this place and it's unbelievably delicious!! I will be coming back and if you haven't checked it out you should go and try it!!

The ice cream and service was really good but one thing I noticed was the ice cream wasn't very frozen. Everything was a little pricey too I know prices are going up on everything but I've been to other ice cream/frozen yogurt small businesses that were way cheaper with a bigger amount.
