Like a fool, I gave you another shot this past week. My food was COLD. It was supposed to be Sesame Chicken, what I received was peanut sized pieces of glazed batter and I do not think anything was inside, definitely not chicken. Again minimal meat but plenty of Broccoli. Cold food sux and it affects the flavors of a meal per the Food Channel. What you served me was, its getting late and we are not going to cook anymore. It was left overs from the bottom of the pan. The meal was krap and not food. Zero quality. You should be ASHAMED!!

My mom had placed an order online for delivery through Panda Expresse's website to be delivered to my house. Well, the person who delivered (mind you, he was a hot mess and "couldn't find my house")my order was through doordash. When I finally received my order from him (he did handover), I informed him that the order was not mine. He pretty much told me to call Panda because it's their fault and not to "report him" to doordash. So, I called doordash, and they were no help and refused to refund me. So, I called Panda and explained the situation to them. The manager was so sweet and apologized for the inconvenience. I didn't get the manager's name, but she was awesome! She let me come and pick up my order. She was there when I came in, apologized several times for the inconvenience, and threw in appetizers. Honestly, accidents happen(they had several people order with the same first name), and she handled the situation well. This happened today (12/30/24). Thank you again for rectifying the error and not giving me the run around! Also, shame on doordash.

A line of 5 people waiting to order with eight employees working and the manager just standing, observing, and answering employee questions, three entrees were waiting to be prepared of which one I wanted and was told another 4-minute wait even after waiting in line 5 minutes, the chow mein tasted a bit bland compared to other Panda Express restaurants even with its fresh tender noodles, no fork was given for takeout, and the fortune was missing from the fortune cookie. Thus, this was not my best experience at a Panda Express, and I go once a month or more to one of the four in my town. I will try to avoid this particular location in the chain.

12/8/24 My son got food poisoning, after he complained the broccoli tasted weird. He had a stomachache all night he kept vomiting and all I could see were pieces of broccoli. Ended up in the ER with my 5 year old son.
