This people are racist, every time we go there no matter if we first in line , they by pass us to serve the white or Hispanic people. If this happens again I am going off on the people who works there. The company needs to do customer/ sensitive training class for theses workers before someone get seriously hurt

So disappointing. Got a family meal. Chow mein had no flavor, the broccoli beef had hardly any beef and the broccoli was barely cooked. The guy that took the order was nice but the girl filling the boxes seemed annoyed to be there.

Waited in line to order behind three other people for 12 minutes. At that point two of us still hand not been waited on. Three of the four people at the food line filled call in orders while all of us waited. The wait was so long one dish ran out twice and I did not even get waited on. The sever interrupted the line to fill orders for call in orders. This is my last visit to this chain and especially this location. If this is how they want to do business just open a single window. I cant order your questions because I never even got acknowledged so no food. Wasted nearly 20 minutes of my life driving there and being ignored.

stingy on noodles and rice the cheapest part of dish lol.. you would think they would load up the cheap stuff n skimp on meat.. anyways i really hate the angry look on every panda express employees face.. makes me wonder what they do to the food when no one's looking. I don't know how panda express has the angriest employees.

Nitza girl wouldn't take my kider kids free kids meal coupon. Said it Expired last year. My kid just got it last month. I asked to talk to manager. She told her to accept it this time. But not next time. I told nitza. It's from the school and Lott of kids got one . You'll see lots more of these. . She then btushed me off. And rudley handed me my sons el s cup. And left.So dry rude body language. Next time they won't accept it? Are these workers uner stress to be rude to me. I'm glad they took the coupon thank you but dang that's what coupons are for to be used and not put me down for using it. I've worked fast food before and being polite in these types of situations isn't hard to do.

Parking: In a shopping center with a grocery store. Lot's of parking. Even if you have to walk a little. Not bad.

Unfortunately, I have to give this location 2 stars solely based on the food. The service interaction was quick as I ordered online. We ordered 2 sides of string bean chicken, and 2 sides of orange chicken among other things. The string bean chicken was severely lacking in the chicken. Like severely. I had one strip of chicken and my husband had a few crumbles. The string beans were super firm, like they weren't even cooked. My husband also barely got a scoop of orange chicken, but I got way more than him. I do understand that the size of the chicken also plays a part in how much you get, but the portions weren't even close to being similar.I think I'm going to have to go to another panda because I don't want to take a chance and order this one more time just to be disappointed...again. ?

I have to give one star because the manager showed no care, compassion, or interest in my concern with a door dash order. Yes she replaced the problem but it was very “here’s your order, bye.” I noticed those managers make I think over $30 an hour since it’s posted on the window. Maybe my morale or logic behind that is off, but from how I was raised, the more you get paid, the more you should care about your job. Maybe I’m crazy. I’m tired of fast food people doing the bare minimum when they get paid more than most other minimum wage jobs out there. Hope you have a better and happy rest of your career with panda. This location is consistently horrible. I placed a to go order for a family friend. Showed up and somehow the order was cancelled for no reason. Had to wait over an hour before they just had me order it again. Not apologetic, they were willing to waste both my time and theirs.
