Join the sip club it's awesome and everyone there is amazing.
Good food, good customer service, and nice patio. Try the Mac and cheese.
Food its good but service can be better.
We were taking a lil bit to decide what to eat and lady was a little rude to us.
They are the slowest Panera that I've ever been to. I pre-order a drink when I'm in my way, and the cup is never ready to be picked up. Their manager really needs to teach them to be more efficient and prompt.
Great place to spend time
Food is amazing, always comes out good, however the lady at the front counter with the mask on her face was extremely rude and talked to us like we were dumb and even kicked us out of the area by the coffee all because we were looking at what beverages they offer.
Greasy not worth the price breakfast sandwich. Wait was longer than it should be for a drive thru. The girl at the window has such long nails I hope she’s not making the food because that’s unsanitary. How can it be greasy and dry at the same time. I threw it away. Never again. I used to love Panera but no more.

My previous rating for this place and the other here in Modesto was 5 all around.
But under the rating. They removed a number of good products. We came once or even 3 times a week not only to have breakfast, with my family. and our order was large. 3 sandwiches, a tomato soup, pizzas, pepperoni or margarita, a lemonade, coffee, soda, chocolate croissant, cookies, cupcake. For 4 people. That's for breakfast. But they remove the pizzas, some of the sandwiches that we ordered, including the prepared chicken one. The croissant is now a square bread .which is never the same. I don't know if it's because it's not profitable, I don't think. But we don't go anymore, at least my children can't find anything they like on the menu anymore. And my husband and I end up ordering the same thing. Not anymore. There is so much variety. What a shame.

The drive thru takes forever and the food doesn't taste like it used to. Today when I put a spoonful of soup in my mouth I was greeted with a torn piece of paper. I used to love panera but now it sucks big time and is stupid expensive for the crap quality.

First off, Panera RUINED the green passion smoothie, it’s now the Tropical Green Smoothie smh. I wasn’t aware of this change so when I went in asking for a green passion smoothie the cashier made me feel stupid. I asked her what’s in the new version and she had no idea. Please train your employees to know what they are selling. Julie, thanks for making me feel stupid.

My wife ordered on the mobile app selected in store pickup by accident , she went to pick up her order through the drive through the manager or employee refused to give her the order even though it was complete asking her to park when she clearly made a mistake and just wanted to pick up her food
Employees at this location need to be retrained, Especially the manager Jordan she is very rude and unprofessional no manners how dare you tell a customer we don't want you as a customer....unacceptable behavior workers are there to serve the customer not the other way around

YES, the service is great!!! — Always quick, on time and specially delicious. I would like to share that JULIE is very attentive and went above and beyond with her service, providing me an extra courtesy small dish of nice dessert that made feel well appreciated as a customer.
