I have bought pizza here for many years and after today I won’t be back. I walked in and a young woman was working on crusts, never acknowledge me but yelled out someone’s name. He gave me my pizza, I said thank you. No response from him. I thought something didn’t look right because the pizza was so small. Since I ordered it online I thought I had made a mistake and went home to recheck. It as not a large as ordered but a medium. When I phoned the girl said bring it back I’m. I said no, I’ve already opened it. She said nothing we can do. I said really, well I guess I can blast on social media them. She said go right ahead I’m paid hourly not by social media. We have bypassed customer service and one right to rude as hell. I will be forwarding to corporate office. Not that they care. I would have been happy with a 2$ credit

Called on phone to place an order ….. the person at PM’s said that I had to order “”THAT pizza online.” 🤦🏽‍♀️

While the customer service was friendly and polite and the food appeared fresh, there was no flavor in the food. Neither my kids nor I could stomach even half a slice. I should’ve picked Mountain Mike’s or pizza plus, even Domino’s or Little Caesars would have been better. First time coming to a Papa Murphy’s in over ~10 years, since I finished college. Never again, the dogs may appreciate it better.

This is the worst Papa Murphys location I’ve ever been to! Went to this location for the first time today and ordered a pan pizza, which is what we always get. The dough didn’t even stretch to the edges…it was very sloppily made. Typically the dough goes up the sides of the pan, deep dish style. It didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth, at all. Not sure why there was an issue, the place was basically empty. I’d rather go out of my way than stop at this one again. 👎👎 I’ll be sticking to Turlock and Ceres, they are always perfect there.

I’m raising my granddaughter and sometimes when I go to pick up my order she is a sleep. The employees are so kind to bring my pizza to my car.
