I'm so SHOCKED This was NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE with regards to the food
My combination platter of gyros and chicken was JUST AWFUL
THE CARROTS WERE SO UNDERDONE AND THE MEAT WAS SO OVERDONE AND DRY AND CHARED I TOOK IT TO MY DOG!!
I'M SO SURPRISED!!
THE YOUNG MAN WHO SERVED US WAS kind even though he was tongue-tied he was very courteous but this food was unacceptable and I probably won't return during the day maybe the night time to cook is better as far as a Monday lunch
It WAS Not Good or good portions for the cost .. What HAPPENED HERE??!!

This Mediterranean good restaurant has been around for- 50 years? Maybe more. Their food is consistently good. You're not getting the fancy atmosphere, or the ultimate dining experience, but I like their gyros better than anyplace else around. I took a friend there, they ordered chicken piccata, and when they finished it all, they wiped the plate clean with the pita, I thought they were going to pick up the plate and pick it clean. The ceiling is high, so it doesn't take very many people before it gets really noisy.
It doesn't even pretend to be fancy, but you can't beat the food, and it's priced VERY reasonably.

I hate to do this but I was very dissapointed with my meal….zorba pita with gyros and the salad were horrendous. Dry, they forgot the dipping sauce, salad had just like a smell of dressing but that’s it no dressing to be found in any piece of lettuce.
The zorba was very very dry and hella small for $11 dlls also styrofoam containers 😵
Great local spot filled with art, friendly service and traditional Greek food.

Delicious food. Lowkey gem. Good service and value. I had pita and hummus and the lamb sandwich. Lamb was well cooked and all the ingredients were fresh. Pita bread was great too
Great place for Gyros. The place isn't the coziest, but clean and the staff is nice.

Had the calamari and the combo plate with lamb and beef. The calamari was burnt, hard and literally inedible .The lamb and beef were dry and the food was cold. I sent it back letting them know it was cold and the waitress brought it back heated up which made the meat extra chewy and the pita bread extremely tough. Usually I will give a restaurant a few chances but I will definitely not be back for a second time.
Great service, very friendly. Food was fresh and yummy, had the white bean soup and combo plate with gyro and lamb, very fresh and tasty.

I feel like this place is empty most of the time I visit, but the food is always delicious and satisfying.
We had never been here before, so we stopped in. The server was pleasant and explained items on the menu to us.
We both enjoyed our meals. The house salad was a little wilted, but overall, we will be back.
Found this spot through a local here in Modesto and it’s become a familiar favorite for me and my family from out of town. I’ll always come back for our papchinos!! Love their sauce that comes with the chicken brochette. Their rice is fanatic as well as the pita bread. Always a friendly face greeting us, they really make you feel welcome here!
