This place was amazing, from the food to the workers. The woman helping us was very friendly and frequently checked up on us. Me and my boyfriend both got the House Special Pho with a side white rice and egg rolls and it was delicious(so sad I couldn't finish it all as it was large a portion of food). They even had a little robot with a cat face that brought our food to us with a friendly greeting and exit. They even have a banquet area for parties ect. Definitely going again, 10/10 would recommend.

Had ordered 3 dishes and Diet Coke. One of the food items was pho. Gave me regular coke other items came but waited 25 mins for pho because they forgot. Server was busy talking to someone non stop and her phone often. Another family came and left because they didn’t even get menu because she was busy talking to her friend. I finally got a moment to ask her where my pho was. She quickly went and told the cook. I was frustrated as my wife already finished her food by then. However the pho was good. But customer service quality needs to be better

I hate to leave this review. My lady and I loved coming to this place, after today we will not be coming back...I hate to say this as both of us loved this place over the past 2 years. I do not know who the owner is, but they are running this place into the ground. Ordered drinks like you do at a restaurant and had to ask for them to be brought out after our food, as the only 2 employees working were stuck in the kitchen. Food quality has gone downhill and while we were trying to eat our food a loud alarm was going off in the kitchen for at least 10min... happened numerous times. Do not waste your money here anymore.

Nobody greeted us when we walked in. We sat ourselves at a table since no one showed up. I wanted to leave but wanted give them the benefit of the doubt since I seen a good review on tiktok. They still took a while to come to our table to greet us, it felt like over ten minutes. Service was a one star and food was a one star. Very dissapointed. If people are not happy to work there then why work there?

The restaurant and staff get 5/5 but the food itself gets no stars. Unfortunately the food was not good at all my Pho tasted sweet as if they added a bunch of sugar… I could not eat any of it.. very sad

Came for a dinner with a part of 6 at 3pm on a Sunday. Had only one waiter and sat in the front table. Not checked on, half the menu was out of stock and service was cold and awkward. Had brought in a birthday cake and asked if it could be placed in the fridge (it came out smashed). Food was slow. At the end was told we had to pay a 25% tip in cash for a larger party being served. This was never advertised or told during the dinner. Asked politely if splitting the check between two was an option. After that resolution was made the server said it’s usual for restaurants in the area to charge like that and our friend was lying or trying to get out of the check. I sternly told them where was she lying if it was never told to us or there was no signage letting us know beforehand. Other friend also had to remind him I only paid half the bill and she was paying the other half, after he told us that I had taken care of all the charges.

The owners here have ZERO business sense. They attacked some guy as being a “white male” in a review response for criticizing the food and left a novel talking trash instead of taking accountability and salvaging a customer. The poor servers need to quit and go somewhere where they don’t have to be embarrassed by the owner/manager arguing and giving trash service. They’ll make no money at a dying place like that. This place is doomed. If the responders could get through their head not to argue, demean, dismiss and accuse customers and instead just apologize and address the issues regardless of how they FEEL maybe they could save it but if this is how they keep doing business then enjoy the eventual bankruptcy. As a business owner myself who had a similarly garbage experience I’m appalled that anyone would put the effort into creating a business just to run it into the ground like this.

The cooks or managers or owners, whoever they are, are more interested in arguing and disappointing their customers than meeting the moment and creating return patrons. The server I had was awkward and knew she wasn’t going to make any money because she was put in a terrible position to basically go lie and tell the customers “too bad”. I suggest all the servers go elsewhere if they want to make any money. That place is a sinking ship. Terrible business management. If you argue with the customer you can guarantee they’ll never be back. Good luck with that business model. Also the food was mediocre, overpriced and skimpy.
