Place is pretty good. They carry PEPSI PRODUCTS so you know you’ll have the best drink with a tasty pizza. App is nice quick and easy. Have a few issues where I would order thinking it’s at this West location but I ordered for the East location. It’s fine.
Had an issue over the weekend but the manager called me on Mon stating she’ll take care of my refund. Came here for this $2 Tuesday and so far it doesn’t disappoint . Grabbed a 2 litter PEPSI AND Mountain Dew also. Keep it up

is y'all smoking heroin mixed with fentanyl in this juncture? I almost threw up when I opened the box. How could you do this to me? Stop stepping on my food before you serve it to me! Put down that Gold Schlaeger and make my food right better next time! and you BETTER!!!!

The young lady at the counter was quite pleasant. My family wanted to try the new cheesy bite pizza. Ordered it for carry out, and I was surprised how fast they got it out. It was actually better than we had expected, and the breadsticks were a lot better than my last visit to a different Pizza Hut.

5 stars because I got what I ordered for the right price. Nothing fancy here. The stuffed crust pizza and pasta were great. The other stuff was good. Great super bowl party mix of food.

The staff here are horrible, I had placed an order when they shut down due to an emergency but the app still let me pay. When I arrived nobody was at the store. I called and was told to come back when I have time. I come back tonight, and am told by the nights manager that I cant get a refund. He is very rude, basically shouting at me. And as I walk out, even though I was nice and understanding, he was talking shit with his employee. Also, when I had went back into the store tonight to pick my order up, a fire had happened. It was very smokey. After getting home, I only have 3 breadsticks out of the 10 that I paid for. I am guessing they burned my breadsticks and could only salvage a few. They were then apart. Why not say that you only gave me 3 out of 10 breadsticks and give my money back ? Instead of letting me leave the store with little to nothing. I have a big family, and this is such poor customer service. If you pay for something, especially with the prices pizza hut charges, you should get all of it. Not just 3/10.
They use door dash for their deliveries now so you’re paying extra for cold ass food essentially. When I called they said it’s between me and door dash but since my order wasn’t placed with the door dash app it’s “not their issue” either. Don’t waste your time or money.

Fraud. Charged my card. Never got my pizza. Apparently when you call in an order it goes out of state or country to someone who doesn’t speak clear English. I’ll be reporting this as fraud to my bank

I ordered a medium pizza with extra marinara sauce and the pizza came out super dry. If I knew that they don’t even make the pizza the way you order, I wouldn’t have ordered here or even tipped them. Should’ve just saved my money and went to Dominoes instead.
