Order was horribly wrong not what I ordered and was expected to pay for the order

The staff here are horrible, I had placed an order when they shut down due to an emergency but the app still let me pay. When I arrived nobody was at the store. I called and was told to come back when I have time. I come back tonight, and am told by the nights manager that I cant get a refund. He is very rude, basically shouting at me. And as I walk out, even though I was nice and understanding, he was talking shit with his employee. Also, when I had went back into the store tonight to pick my order up, a fire had happened. It was very smokey. After getting home, I only have 3 breadsticks out of the 10 that I paid for. I am guessing they burned my breadsticks and could only salvage a few. They were then apart. Why not say that you only gave me 3 out of 10 breadsticks and give my money back ? Instead of letting me leave the store with little to nothing. I have a big family, and this is such poor customer service. If you pay for something, especially with the prices pizza hut charges, you should get all of it. Not just 3/10.

They use door dash for their deliveries now so you’re paying extra for cold ass food essentially. When I called they said it’s between me and door dash but since my order wasn’t placed with the door dash app it’s “not their issue” either. Don’t waste your time or money.

Fraud. Charged my card. Never got my pizza. Apparently when you call in an order it goes out of state or country to someone who doesn’t speak clear English. I’ll be reporting this as fraud to my bank

Pizza is the best seriously?. Service is awesome , the employees are extremely nice. Wings are expensive for the number and price, so just go for the pizza LoL and it won't be disappointing.

I ordered a medium pizza with extra marinara sauce and the pizza came out super dry. If I knew that they don’t even make the pizza the way you order, I wouldn’t have ordered here or even tipped them. Should’ve just saved my money and went to Dominoes instead.

The customer service here, just like most businesses in Modesto SUCKS! It's never about the paying customer anymore or making sure the customers are satisfied, nope. The girl who attempted to help me at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE AND PROCEEDED TO TAUNT ME AND TELL ME TO GOOGLE THE INFO I NEEDED , THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO HELP ME WITH. AND THEN REFUSED ME SERVICE AND Threatened TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME FOR BEING RUDE TO HER AND USING FOUL LANGUAGE. THEN SCREAMED FOR HER MANAGER I ASSUME. I was so past patient or reasoning with this incompetent, waste of time and energy, she had no understanding of what her job entailed or how to handle a customer complaint or how to do her job at all so I just told her she needed to find another place to work and learn how to treat people. I was disgusted by the service I did not receive and would never spend my money there.
I've ordered the last three times from this pizza hut and every time they mess up the order ,pizza was sloppy very bland ,the last time they gave my pizza to the wrong delivery driver so I never received it and the prior time before that they forgot ingredients.

I think their night shift at this location is horrible at making pizzas. I ordered a hand tossed peperoni pizza with extra sauce. While I was viewing my order before I placed it it didn't give me any details on my order. I ordered a hand tossed peperoni pizza and on the receipt it says a hand tossed cheese pizza..... it had no sauce and it was burnt. You literally have to ask everytime for extra sauce or they won't put any on your pizza. You charge $14 for some bread with tomato sauce and peperoni on it and you can't even do that correctly...... I'm so sick of pizza. Why is it a 50 50 chance that they're going to completely screw up everytime? When I ordered the pizza it didn't give me any details on what I was ordering. I'm so sick of pizza places.

I had placed delivery order 2 orders of hot wings and bread sticks at 1120pm they close at midnight and I never received my order. I called the store at 1150pm to check my status and nobody answered. The picture is from another mess up they did. Has nothing to do with this post
