On 28 November around 7:30 PM, I went to this Pizza Hut location to pick up an order and had a very disappointing experience. I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior from a staff member who claimed to be the manager. He told me to leave the store, cancel the order, and said he wouldn’t give me my food because “last time you were rude,” which is completely untrue. He appeared to be a younger male, short in height, with a mustache.
For context, the issue he referred to was actually from November 26, when I waited over 40 minutes for an order. I kept asking if the food was ready, and the staff repeatedly told me “5 more minutes” until the wait became extremely long. When I finally asked who the manager was and why customers weren’t being informed honestly about delays, I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional way. You can check the camera footage from around 5:20 PM to 6:10 PM on that day to see exactly how many times I asked about my order and how they kept telling me to wait 5 minutes.
I’m asking the management of this business to take this complaint seriously. Please review the camera footage and look into how staff interact with customers. This kind of behavior is unfair, unprofessional, and will negatively affect your business reputation.

It is just a pice of dried bread and greasy even my dog didn’t like it. I called the store manager for feedbacks but didn’t return my call. I will never order from there!

Not my favorite pizza, but it is cheaper than the better ones. And it's close and convenient. The employees were generally nice, but a little frazzled and very busy. It is a very small place with no dining in. And it was packed with people waiting for orders.

The wings weren't covered in sauce, the fries container was almost empty and the fries were heavily over seasoned. Also, pizza was too salty.

Picked up a family box and pizzas were kinda hard. Buffalo chicken weren’t even sauced. And the breadsticks were cold. Wasn’t even edible. Went straight into the trash. Very disappointed and won’t be back.
