If there is anything lower here with 1star, I would give it. I got checked at 7:00am in the morning and my appointment time was 8:00am . But they didn’t give me a dock door till 4 PM. There is no management thing.. this is my suggestion to you guys. Please make some sense if someone come to deliver the load in your facility then you guys responsible to unload him or load him within two hours not a whole day so please guys work on your management. because no one paying for whole day not Brokar and not you guys. And who will be responsible for the whole day if you have any answer, please explain me. Thank you.

Many people say that people here are not good and they do not unload on time. I liked it here. Their behavior was very good. Especially the behavior at the check in office. Name is Hulio My appointment is at 7 am. I reached at 7.30, I was just given the door and in 15 minutes the l was unloaded, I came back at 8.30. all Procedure in one hour it’s good very good

They need to update driver instructions at the entrance. You need to PARK, then walk to check in which is inside the fence in the main building (see map photo). The one building closest to the parking area is just a scale house now. And the other by the gate, you just need to give your ID to when you get assigned a door. That guard seems to be gone a lot, so you can be standing there a while, not knowing where to go to check in. So ignore those 1st 2 little shacks. You will need to drop your trailer once in a door because the buildings are too close together. I checked in at 0830. Appt 1100, finally called for a door at noon, still no paperwork at 1400. I only had 6 pallets. Lumper just shy of $200. People are nice, and having a staging area is nice, but they're pretty slow here and the lack of clear check in instructions is annoying

Wow! If I want a workout I will go to the gym!! 3 guard shacks near the front gate and yet i have to walk inside the facility to the other end from the parking lot to check in now.

It's a very bad place. Nobody wants to work. In the office, ladies talk on the phone all the time on their personal business. Very, very, very slow workers who pull the clock for themselves. I had the upper hand and had to go back. It took about 5 hours to load. And I think much more will be lost to the margin.

Not surprising. An ordinary American grocery warehouse. Where you need to arrive exactly at the appointed time, but they will not rush to unload. Paid 159 bucks for 11 pallets, unloaded quickly. I’ve been waiting for documents for 4 hours already, the logbook ended 3 hours ago, I have two more uploads today for which I’m already late. An ordinary grocery warehouse where no one wants to work
