Not sure if it's me or they don't encourage dine in at this location. 3 of the tables were full of boxes and the others needed to be cleaned. Years ago we ate at Popeyes and got sick every visit, but we decided to give them another chance. It looks like they taught the staff how to cook chicken until it's done and tasted pretty good. The biscuit, cole slaw, mac & cheese were very good also, but the fries tasted bad and were cold. We only drink tea and they seem to have that recipe down also.
Had lunch it was fresh hot and great place to eat and chat.

Our drive thru wait took about 20 mins. We ordered thru the mobile app which has great values!We tried the ghost pepper wings and the OG hot wings.OG hot > Ghost Pepper

Server was very nice and Helpful and so as the Managers around.We ordered a classic sandwhich and a family Meal everything is prepared on time .
Had to wait 45 mins in line for a mobile order, which wasn't even ready when we got to the window. I mentioned that my order was supposed to be ready 30 mins ago and the managers response was "they can wait". When I finally got the order, i asked for honey and got handed TWO packets for a 10 piece family meal.

Worse place ever first they don't close till 10 pm I get there at 8 and they can't give me my order inside cause it was a mobile order then tell me I have to go wait on the drive-through, when I explain that there was no difference on waiting in the lobby , so I had to go trought the drive-through and sit for 40 minutes on their window for two sandwiches,

Placing an order through the app should be something that is used to speed up your process of having your food ready. I placed my order 10 minutes before my arrival and when I get there all the employees are taking about how they hate this job and "are tired of this $h*t" and they really all look like zombies behind the counter. When I tell them my name, they then start preparing my order and the grey manager shirt lady grabs a spicy tender AND SNIFFS THE TENDER in front of me and throws it out a long with the entire rack of tenders. Making me wait another 15 minutes for my food. Every time I come, they always tend to disappoint one way or another!

This is the second time in the past few months that I've utilized the drive thru for an order. These girls need training on customer service, they are absolutely rude and not friendly at all!

Honestly does this location even try? Do they even care? Every freaking time I go there, horrible experience. Last time was my final straw. I did drive-thru and I literally overheard an employee talking shit about the car behind me! That had me thinking if the employee talked shit about me!? I get ya hate your job but come on, leave if it's that miserable. It's not worth it, believe me. The food was worse. Chicken sandwich tasted like trash. The chicken was undercooked.The bread was soggy af, and my Mac, saddest thing I've seen. The picture speaks for itself. I couldn't eat it either. My tea tasted okay. I did get the runs about an hour after.Anyways. Either avoid this location or go to Canes if you're looking for some chicken.
Its good they just cant work any slower.
