My first time to this restaurant. It seems popular but I think it was just ok. A number of tables had things on them that needed to be put away. Restaurant supplies I guess. So the seats seemed limited.
The chicken tenders were average. Not bad and I would eat it again but I like more flavor.
The red beans and rice were ok and the coleslaw was well coleslaw.
This place is a chain and I’m sure experiences varies.

Best Spicy chicken sandwiches ever. I get it with extra spicy mayo on it, then ask for 2 sweet heat dipping sauces, and dip the sandwich in it. So good. Fire 🔥

Not all Popeyes employees represent the company very well. This location in particular is very disappointing. Just don’t visit here or waste your money! Cold fries, not presentable. Just toss my food in the bag. It’s disgusting. Employees and Manager (Eva) were just rude and in their own world. Isn’t this a fast food where they serve customers? Why is my order taking forever?
Popeyes, I hope you guys read this & actually do something about it. It’s horrible. This is who you want to respresent your business, well good luck because if they do this to a customer that rarely comes here just imagine how they treat the frequent customers or if you guys even have frequent customers. Not coming to this location ever again.

I agree with Michael’s review and I also had the same issue. The manager Eva was very rude when talking to me regarding issues with my order. I’m not one to get someone out of their job, but she needs to be gone ASAP. Popeyes, open your eyes and see who is working for you before you go bankrupt like Burger King.

I'm taking my time to write this cause I'm literally disappointed in this specific Popeyes chicken on coffee road. Today is 02/18/25 @ 723pm order #79 and I ordered online to pick up hoping my food would be ready. My app told me that it would be ready by 6:30pm and I waited til 7. Not only that I had to wait, I seen people in drive thru getting their food before I did with much larger order. When I got my food, the order was short a 6 pc lemon pepper wings and the spicy chicken sandwich was all over the bag. They threw my two order of fries directly in the Togo bag that was all over the place. Keep in mind, I live across town and wanted to call them to replace my order the next time I drive by there.....sure enough l, I called them 5x and they don't have an answering machine and goes straight to a busy tone after few rings. This place is a big disappointment in customer service and I highly recommend anyone who likes Popeyes, go to another location. This is not the first time nor 2nd time this happened to me and I'm finally throwing up the white flag at this place. I'm done eating here until they change management to re-up this place. As a customer, we all should know that customer service is huge and this place has one of the worse services I've ever dealt with.....and California raise fast food wages for these employees to just consistently disrespect us. We work hard for our money and fast food now says aren't cheap. So please Popeyes, do something about this and let us enjoy a meal from time to time.

After finding out the location at briggsmore and sisk closed at 10:30, rather than 12, like google says, on Nov 29th, we came to this location. Out of chicken patties! Really?
Customer service was a bit dull but otherwise everything was great.
