Food is great. The bowls are the best thing on the menu. Definitely recommend.
That said, as a long term and frequent returning customer there are some problems with the service.
They have a rewards program, but the only way to make sure you get rewards is give them your phone numbe during checkout, and if you dont remember to do so not a single employee will ever ask you if you have signed up with them.
Their app used to have a QR code, but they never had a scanner. Need to bring the QR code back and have a scanner at the register for customers to scan before paying.
Staff also has a habbit of making your food to-go when you never said it was or clearly said dine-in at checkout.

I ordered a custom made protein bowl. I read the reviews from others and people complain that the meat was always over cooked. I love WELL done meat, no pink for me. So when I ordered chicken and beef. I got medium well, which had pink 🤪. Wasn't happy but my fault. They do give you options for well done. Will definitely ask next time. The peanut thai sauce was good 👍, would have liked more of the sauce. Overall the bowl alittle pricy $23 for 2 meats. I still felt it was worth it because it was a very big bowl and feeds for 2. So for 2 person, will order again.

Dislike the recent change to online orders starting at 730am instead of 7am. I start work at that time and bc of that haven't been back in weeks/months.
Ya, I can call but am mid commute and don't like being distracted while driving.
Back to 7am online ordering 🙏🏾

Stopped by here a couple days ago on the way to Yosemite. I had the PH Vegan Wrap, and I gotta say, that was really deceptive; that did not look like 800 calories! Food was good though, and hopefully one day I’ll come back again, maybe along the way to the park!

If you're looking for macro friendly AND good tasting food, protein house is the best of the best. All their dishes are high quality and high protein, with a wide variety of the food on the menu. If you're trying to hit your protein goal but want to eat out, this place is perfect. The staff here has always been super kind and helpful with what to get. I remember Memo helping me choose what to get after getting a lift at the gym. He gave good incite on what to look for when fueling your body pre and post workout. You can tell he knows his stuff about food and fitness! I'm glad the Sacramento location opened since I moved there recently, looking forward to trying that one out too!

Got there like 10 min before 9 and they said they were closed because they were short staffed. Like it’s one drink and between the 3-4 workers they couldn’t make one drink……
