Ramen 101 ~ Modesto

I really wanted to try the ramen, but I cannot resist an unagi bowl whenever I see it on a menu. That and the prawn tempura were excellent. Next time we're in Modesto visiting family, I'm going to hope it's winter so I can try their ramen!

Anyone who thinks this is good ramen hasn’t had good ramen. This is the worst I’ve ever had. Service was great and employees were super nice.

Cozy restaurant reminded me of home (Hawaii). When you walk in you are greeted by the cashier that will take your order. The atmosphere was great since the spot is known for hawaiian bbq, self serve water and the awesome part was they serve you your order at your table! The ladies were very hospitable and checked on us frequently to check if we needed anything. We had ordered the grilled calamari and wasn't expecting the calamari to be swimming in teriyaki sauce but totally had to have it since us Islanders love seafood! There were no seating indoors but we were happy to sit outside for fresh air!
My husband and I decided to visit this restaurant because it's name. We celebrated our special occasion at this cute cozy location.
Overall, we approve this restaurant for their hospitality, Quick service and definitely their food!

We ordered the miso and the black garlic ramen. Both seemed to lack flavor. We ordered them with no spice. They seemed to lack salt and other umami flavor. The gyoza were good though.

We've never been to this place, but my youngest s on had heard if it, since there are others in other towns. The place is small but comfortable. I liked the fact that the menu had pictures. It was a GREAT help since I'm not very familiar with the names. So just by looking at the photos we ordered...

10/10 would highly recommend
Went today with my husband and daughter, and we absolutely loved the good! Very flavorful food and staff were very kind.
We accidental ordered the wrong chicken, staff replaced it for us and wouldn't charge us even though it was our fault. The hospitality is amazing and you can tell the staff really care about their customers. Will be back again!

Tastes like cardboard

best ramen ive ever had. period. super fast service, atleast 10 minutes. the broth is fresh and hot, noodles chewy and perfect, everything is amazing. recommend to all ramen lovers.

Came here awhile back with my girlfriend and it was a perfect little spot for a quick bite. We both love spicy food and boy did this ramen come with a kick! I left very satisfied and full. The pricing here is fair and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back here again!
