Beautiful dining in or sitting at the bar. The sushi rolls were amazing. We had the Dante’s Inferno Roll, Goodi Roll(left side in photo). Kumamoto Oysters in Half Shell, and last but definitely not least the Nigiri Tako(muah so good!)

Place has the best sushi in Modesto. Fresh food, quick service, and beautiful decorations. My only negative complaint is how loud it gets from the echo in the building. Other than that this place is 5 stars.

Their sushi is good, and their beef is great. The staff isn't overly pretentious/snobby, like many of the upscale places downtown. They have their customers for a reason. They only do reservations Monday-Thursday, but since it is downtown, you can walk around the corner to grab a drink while you're waiting for your table.

Fabulous food and atmosphere. I love the brick and industrial ascetic. Service was fabulous. Our drinks were never empty, the food is delicious there is something for everyone. I highly recommend trying Taw Sushi Bistro.
