It was the first time coming in here. I was having dinner with my daughter. The edamame was amazing, The sushi that we ordered was good. The teriyaki chicken was a little bit too tough and another thing I did not care about was. They put my salad on the same plate with the teriyaki chicken and steamed rice. With the salad dressing, the salad was making the rice and the teriyaki chicken too soggy. Next time I come here I will tell them to put the salad in a separate salad plate. The food is good. Don't get me wrong. I just do not like salad with salad dressing next to my rice and teriyaki chicken making it soggy. I will come back again. Maybe next time we'll come back for lunch.

Raw Sushi is hands down the best sushi spot in town! The food is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The cocktails are just as impressive — creative, balanced, and crafted with care. The overall vibe is modern, energetic, and welcoming — perfect for a night out.

What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service we received at the bar area — specifically from Matt. He’s not only a talented sushi chef and server, but also incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to help. Even though we weren’t seated at a traditional table, the level of service he provided went above and beyond what you’d typically expect — and that speaks volumes.

At one point, I asked if a certain roll was fried. He said it wasn’t — but immediately offered to fry it for me if that’s what I preferred. That kind of thoughtfulness and flexibility is rare and really made an impression. Matt checked in just the right amount, ensured everything was spot on, and made us feel genuinely welcomed.

We’ll absolutely be requesting Matt next time we visit — and Raw Sushi, if you’re listening: this guy is a gem. Give him a raise!

Ok, So I never leave reviews because I'm usually even when I leave a restaurant. And raw has been no exception for that except for now, I and my family visited raw yesterday and I've never been unhappy with my meals they've always been delicious. But I was not so happy with the service this time, the gentleman never cleared our plates when we were finished and he had made many trips to our table so he could clearly see they were empty dishes. I had made a comment to my family that I wasn't so pleased with that and that I didn't think I was going to leave him my normal tip. But when I received my tab and saw they automatically put a 20% gratuity on the tab I was furious and I'm not sure if I will ever return. You can tell he was aware of that and he just didn't care he was going to get paid either way and I don't think that's right!
And just so you all know it was only a party of four and a baby

Went on a Monday evening and got sat immediately. Overall I think their sushi is okay for a very high price, nothing absurd. I think what ruined the meal for me and what really prevented me from coming back is our female server seemed really pushy for us to order right away and she just seemed generally irritated whenever she came by. She came up to us like three times right after I arrived and said “Ready to order?” with the most monotone voice and it made us really uncomfortable. She didn’t ask if we had been their before and didn’t offer any recommendations when I wasn’t sure what to get as I literally wasn’t ready. The male busser seemed more polite when taking our dishes away and asked if we were still working politely, which is crazy that a BUSSER is nicer than a waiter. She took our check at the same time as another tables and it took her ten minutes to bring our checks back? Overall she just ruined the entire experience and although I would’ve given the place a try again just to get a feel for how their fish quality is with a sashimi or nigiri dish, I wouldn’t go back with that service. The spicy dragon and spicy salmon roll were okay; small, and about 20 dollars each. Not worth it with that attitude. Ambiance is at least nice though!

Very popping and hip restaurant for real. Pull up, order some spicy garlic edamame (🥵), then hit the waiter with the “lemme get Dante’s inferno, fresh scallop roll, BTS roll” and then they will bring you those rolls. They are the best rolls. The fried jalepenos are scrumptious. Raw is pretty expensive tho wish there was an all you can eat option

Food is great, service is great and atmosphere is great. But don’t sit at the bar alone because I felt like they were asking me to leave every 10 minutes. Maybe just management sucks.

This place was a 5 star straight from the gate as you walk in your greeted by a person who will show you to your seat. If you have kids they will put you and a square corner that holds about 4 small tables for you to tend to your kids so their not in everyone’s way. This corner has a tv in it for your liking. The place was dim all over. Not to bright in there. We went for dinner I believe and it was around 3 pm.
After being seated we were given water and our ordering materials. I ordered a blue bottle of sake. The Sakè did not come hot like I’m use to. It was cold. So that was a weird one for me. The edamame was on point. Tasted like it was tossed in some Alfredo cheese sauce. Never had anything like it before. We had ordered appetizers, which was fried calamari with a white sauce.and lemons. Shortly later our rolls came. We ordered 3 rolls. Forgot what rolls we ordered. Hands down these rolls are no joke. Packer with multi flavors that hit you all at once. Between 2 people we had a little bit of leftovers. Definitely left this place full. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great I would definitely come back here.
This place is a bit pricey, but it will definitely have you wanting to come back. We spent about $130 for all the items that were mentioned. They do have a fully loaded bar that has all the best tequilas, and many more. I wish I took more pictures. ????????
…as for parking. We went on a weekday so there was a lot of spaces open. Definitely none in front of the business.

Parking: There is a parking lot across the street from this place that I have parked at. Parking on the road usually is full. Depends what day you go.
