Raw Sushi Bistro is fantastic. The best sushi you could possibly get in the 209 area. The restaurant has a great ambiance. It's very clean and dimly lit. The sushi itself is impeccable. The staff is very fast and very nice. I highly recommend Raw Sushi Bistro for anyone that loves sushi.

I would've given them five stars except their front end service… Not the waiters and waitresses but the front end service when you walk in the door… Leaves a lot to be desired. A little civility will go along way, just sayin. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is just to touch too

I visited my friend Turlock, this is his favorite sushi place in town so he took me here couple of weeks and I like it so we came back here last night Friday night, it was packed with many people waiting so we were gonna leave but the owner recognized my friend and he came to us and told us we would be able to sit in any min but there were couple of seats at the bar so we sat immediately. Last time we were here, the owner was there too. We started with my friend's favorite salmon ceviche again I'd never tried salmon ceviche before this place but this is delicious, and I got my favorite yellowtail jalapeño, and my favorite nigiri sweet shrimp with heads, I got my friend hooked on it and he loves it and he also eats the whole head like me. And we got a couple rolls and I loved fried jalapeño that came the roll, those were so good better than French fries! I also like the fact that they have all the good sake and Japanese whisky I like and my favorite Azul tequila. This is a really good sushi place in the valley, I also like the atmosphere, and I will come back again for sure next time I visit my friend in Turlock...

Yummy place worth going again. Ordered to go plate for my family of 3. Family and I enjoyed the food. We ordered chicken Katsu and beef teriyaki, it was delicious. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu.
This has become our favorite spot for lunch during week days and sometimes weekends. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very attentive. Love their food and the quality is excellent. Even their portions are fair compared to other sushi joints around town who cannot even meet Raw Sushi's standards. Overall, love the ambiance of this place, food, and service. They also have a beautiful bar which is a perfect place to have a drink and have a quick bite to eat. My only suggestions is to be prepared to wait on weekends and night dining. They are very busy during those times so don't just drop in expecting to get a table right away.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner with family last night. The food was so delicious. Beyond my expectations. Edamame is a must! Beef wrapped asparagus was so good. I ordered the Dante’s inferno roll it was delicious and packed with flavor and the prefect amount of heat! My husband had the BTS roll and it was also delicious The Bee’s margarita was amazing.Only down fall was the wait. We were told 50 mins and it was 1.5 hours. It appeared they were seating tables who there after us and were “know” that was annoying.But the food made up for it.
