Oh oh.

Only crab available, cheap snow crab. At $31 per questionable pound! Potatoes underneath the crab cooked rock hard. I should have known something was wrong, no line and nobody waiting outside. The crab was hyper-tasty.
However one can have all you can eat snow crab, sushi, ribs, chicken, beef soups, fish, oysters, crawfish, clam, salads and more for...$25 5 min away.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. My margarita tastes like dirty cafeteria water! They were out of beer on tap. Ordered the lobster roll & it was so cold and chewy I sent it back. Left after that! Will never go back!

A night of instant food poisoning!!! Puking is definitely what we wanted after eating here, very appetizing!! Food was disgusting and nothing was served fresh the first time. We asked for a substitution for a dish that was clearly not fresh and we were met with an unhelpful server before they finally realized it was perfectly reasonable. Don’t go for the lobster promotion they currently have, it was a massive disappointment, especially for a birthday celebration dinner. Bacon wrapped scallops were served with a fat side of withered chopped iceberg lettuce for some confusing reason. Aside from poor food and service, this place is not what it used to be in regard to cleanliness. The place is so dirty it’s enough alone to take your appetite away. Never coming back, it’s just not worth the price whatsoever, you’re better off spending the same amount at a sushi place. It sure isn’t worth getting food poisoning over!!

Their reservation schedule is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived at 6:48pm for a 715pm reservation and was waiting till 830pm till I finally gave up and went home. They called me at 953pm to ask if I still wanted my spot?! Are you serious?! Horrible service. Do better.

Listen, having clean silverware is a must. My table unrolled our silverware to find it covered in fingerprints and food. I asked for more placements and honestly it was the same. I had to wipe and polish the table settings myself. Had I not promised my son crab we would have left.
Crab was over cooked.
My steak was too salty.
Our waitress was nice, but not on her game.
We asked for napkins to go... and they went to the bathroom to grab paper towels. Then said that is all they had? Yeah red lobster is going out of business for a reason. It wasn't busy at all. There is no excuses.

Experience was great. Despite it being Valentine's Day, things went as best as they could. We had a reservation so we didn't have to wait too long. Our waitress was super awesome! She got everything right! Overall it was a great evening!

The ONLY thing I liked about this place was our waitress. She was amazing. Constantly checking on us, making sure we were good. The fried fish was dry, the food was bland and cold. The lobster bisque and biscuits as always were on point. Everything else was was not good.

Food was good. Service not so much. Not very attentive. Hardly saw her and this was at 3pm and the restaurant was slow. Had to track her down to ask for sauce for the steak, the dipping sauce for the lobster. She was always in a hurry to leave us before we can ask her for everything we needed. She gave us our receipt and she hearted the tip suggestion. Did not tip much but still did so.

we got food poisoning from the shrimp here and spent the last couple days throwing up. Full house at home & just us got sick after eating there so for sure was the food since we have barely been able to eat since that night. Food was good though and service was good.

We went to this location for the first time. The service was great, the food was okay for me because my fish was a little bit too salty but my husband liked his chicken.
We like the biscuits, warm and tasty.

Menu has changed, and the favorites are gone. No good deals on good days. Just a letdown because they have good food but charge way too much. The service is a hit and miss, especially with who is stingy with biscuits and who isn't. The concunut shrimp is delicious, and so is the steak here.

My daughter was craving lobster tail, she ordered shrimp linguini Alfredo & a lobster tail, wife had the house salad, bacon mac and cheese. I ordered the bacon cheese burger.
Wife and daughter said their food was good/OK. The cheese burger was bland, it was missing mayonnaise and pickles, but the bacon was tasty and properly cooked.
Josh did a great job serving our table.

Got the two lobster tail, one is better than the other. Forgot the name. Not entirely blown away by the lobster tail, but the service team was nice and the restaurant was clean. The free biscuits are still good.
