Food is great but dont bother calling ahead of time. Called and placed an order at 4pm for it to be ready at 5pm and it's now 5:30 and they just told me it will be another 10 mins. Get better staff please. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me unfortunately.

Came to visit family here at Ceres California, and we came out to get some pizzas. We were recommended by family to try Ricos Pizzas and they were right, they were right. Highly recommend it if you're in town and looking to grab some pizzas.

Family friendly environment they have games for the kiddos. They accommodated us even though it was a party of 10 and they were swamped super friendly staff. They have beer for grown ups. So it is a good time for all different age groups. The pizza was good and they only took 20 minutes to bring them out which was pretty impressive considering how swamped they were Friday night for to graduations.

Place is horrible most there games don’t work they won’t refund you for wasting money on it even though they don’t have outta order signs ate a piece of pizza and pulled hair out of it they offered to replace the piece of pizza that the hair was in or a refund and for us to leave the place !!!!! How ridiculous such horrible Customer service big fat white guy with glasses horrible !!!!

How would I go about getting a Rico's pizza restaurant in carson city nevada they use to have a location here back in the 1990s and they had the best delicious huge pizzas wish someone would bring one back here
The pizza is so delicious. The pitchers of beer are very large! Bathrooms clean, they have a lot of large tvs. Do I need to say more??? Love this place!
