If you are coming for the lunch buffet they only make more pizzas if “they have enough customers” if not they won’t make anything and will have some old pizzas

I have been coming here since the 90's and the pizza quality has never been bad. Sure it's super pricey now but so is everything.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Round Table Pizza for many years, but after our recent experience with the manager, Nick, it's sad to say this location has gone down hill. My husband simply asked if he could use a coupon he had on his phone. Nick rudely replied, “We don’t take third-party coupons” (which is understandable) but then walked off to the kitchen while my husband was still talking. My husband had to raise his voice just to get his attention. To make matters worse, Nick came back just to oversee the sweet, polite cashier as she rang us up—completely unnecessary and condescending. The cashier was wonderful, but the manager’s attitude was unacceptable. We’ll be taking our business to the Riverbank Round Table instead.

The pizza I ordered tonight was missing cheese on half of it. I’ve been ordering from this location for years, but the pizza hasn’t been the same for maybe the last year or so. I’ve ordered pizzas that have had LOTS of bubbles on the crust. I dined in on one order which they gave us the wrong pizza. It’s not bad every time, but most of the time. I’m not sure what happened. This use to be my favorite pizza, but it looks like I need to find a new place. Also, my rewards points stop showing up on my account.

Pizza is not bad, don't get me wrong. But it could be better. Not quite enough white sauce on our gourmet veggie. Like I said, it's still good...we just know it could be even better since we have had better at other round tables before.

Was delivered a burnt pizza, told they'll give me a remake, when trying to redeem the remake they claimed they have no note for that. Was told a manager would contact me the following day but never received the call.

Big thanks to Nick for putting together a big order in such good time! Great employee, and made a hard day a lot easier.

Round Table Pizza is my absolute favorite place to eat! I haven't had it since 1996, but I will never forget how great it really is. I highly recommend it for those who have not tried it yet.

At the buffet currently they are slow as heck. Been here for a hour was only able to get 3 slices because they can’t keep up with the crowd. Spent 50$ on 3 people and I barely got 3 slices. I’d love a refund.

I had the most horrible experience. I don’t know what’s going on there, but I always have great experiences with birthdays or get-togethers. They didn’t give me my receipts not only that they didn’t give me the mozzarella platter that I paid 19.99 for they didn’t give me one pizza until I kept saying that I ordered it, they overcharged me for cups and then later realized they charged me for 15 not 10 .They weren’t rude but I feel like the girl purposely did that. I can’t explain it but wow, just wow.🤯

I'd like to start off by saying that I am writing this review as the guest of a birthday party, not even the host, that says a lot.
While I have no complaints about the food, or the cleanliness of the establishment, I was absolutely floored at the level of unprofessionalism I witnessed this evening. The child's party I attended obviously had other children as guests. The host provided pizza for everyone, but drinks were not included.
Staff provided water cups, while most people opted to buy a drink if they wanted. There were a few children who got fountain drinks in the water cups, and while I understand that shouldn't have happened, the reaction and demeanor the rest of the night was nothing sheer of embarrassing. I went to the register to purchase drinks for my son and myself, and mentioned I was with the large party. The cashier was already mid conversation with another employee, talking badly about the party host, stating she was needy, that kids are getting drinks in water cups, and so forth, in front of me while I was waiting to be helped. This continued on the duration of our stay, at least 3 other guests could hear them talking about the host throughout the night, and even brought her the trash can at the end to clean up the room, which is not her responsibility, as she paid plenty to use the party room. As I stated, not even being the paying party in the situation, witnessing this was extremely uncomfortable and rude. I would never consider hosting an event here, or even returning as a regular guest at this point.
