Hadn't even started my order (again) when I arrived at the suggested pickup time. The guy on the phone tried to upsell me 4 separate times after I told him I wanted just the 1 pizza. Sorry I tipped ahead of time.

Gourmet Vegetable Medium to go. Order on app in store when clerk said can use coupon ?and it was the best pizza!!! I always order this pizza but this time it was perfect. Yum ?

walked in with my wife and her service dog before I can order a pizza the girl at the front told me that my wife service dog was not allow there I told her that he has been there many time and point out he a service dog I ask for the manager he never came out is one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with and I've been in a lot of business. I've done this to me and my wife before it's doesn't deserve my time and effort if they're going to do that to a person.
Absolutely traumatizing experience! Never will I go here or any Round Table again! I had reserved tables weeks in advance. They didn't have any pizza dough left when we arrived and no one told us this until an hour and a half after we ordered and paid for the pizzas, they had run out of dough the day before! They didn't compensate me for the money I spent on drinks and the arcade and I still have yet to be refunded for my pizza! The managers were extremely unprofessional! This place should be shut down for knowingly stealing people's money!

This company stole my money. They ran out of ingredients days before and refused to tell me. I paid for pizzas, drinks, and cards for the arcade area and sat for an hour and half before I walked up to ask why it was taking so long. They had no pizza dough for days and still took my money and made me and my 15 guests wait anyways. They said they can only refund me for my pizza and not compensate me for the time we wasted waiting for nothing! I still haven't got my money back yet! The managers running this place are a joke!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NOT REFUND ANYONE! “Tori or whatever her name is had a bad attitude obviously from stress and clearly needs to learn how to handle stressful situations! Being a business owner myself I’d be embarrassed to have an employee cursing at their customers and not being able to handle herself. This place use to be nice but clearly the own set let it go!

Sunday with a 49ers and Cowboys game on they have no help. I ordered a picture of beer 45 minutes ago and nobody's poured it yet. It was reserved for us to have a birthday party here. None of the tables had been cleaned. I cleaned the tables myself floors filthy, and they said they have too many Pizza orders so we can't order anymore until all the orders are done So after ordering several pictures of beer that took 45 minutes to get an ordering over $150 worth of pizzas they waited until 7:32 to tell us they could not make the pizzas not only could not make the pizzas but they cannot give us a refund because the manager isn't there. The supervisor is not allowed to do refunds only the manager is , this place sucks today. I've been there before and it hasn't been this bad. This place is sucking wherever the hell the owner is he should've been there working it.
Love the salad bar. Pizza is so delicious. Friendly staff and pretty clean. Has small arcade and a bar. It's a little pricey , bit well worth it.
