They got rid of the rewards program and we were saving our points up for over 6 months. It's over $40 for a Xl Combination without coupons. That is insane! You can get a GOURMET pizza anywhere else even in the bay area for a better price and FAR BETTER PIZZA. Complete ripoff and the wait time takes forever at this particular location. We won't be going back and you just lost a loyal customer.

I would give zero stars if I could! My husband ordered two large pizzas for pick up, one cheese and the other Italian sausage and mushroom. $71.00 for both and it was the worst pizza I've ever had. The pizza was cold and poorly made. I don't know what has happened at this location, but I definitely would not recommend. I would say in total, four pieces of the Italian sausage were eaten and half of the cheese... The rest was thrown in the trashcan where it belongs. It's an insult to pizza. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Be advised.

Great pizza, great staff, but poor ownership. The ownership does not except the rewards program from roundtable anymore. So what’s the point of buying something if you can’t earn points or use it? I expect better from roundtable you can’t get rid of the rewards program.

Pizza can be so variable in quality from one place to another, but Round Table is reliably good. I think there are family owned local pizza restaurants that have better pizza, but not in my community. If I am going to get pizza at a chain I pick Round

First of all, the pizza itself was excellent. I know the main reason you come here is for the pizza, but I have to downgrade my rating on two points. First of all, we walked in right at about noon and ordered quickly. Then when we went to find a table to sit at, literally every table in the place was dirty, with previous diners' crumbs, napkins, pizza sauce, etc, on the tables. There was not one single clean table and only one customer besides us in the whole place. When I went to ask for someone to wash the tables, the only employee I could find was a young hispanic guy who didn't speak English, but I was able to get him to wipe a table down for us, which he did without bothering to wipe any of the others down. The other complaint would be a severely skimpy salad bar -- lettuce, shredded cheese, croutons and a few kinds of dressing -- no meat, tomatoes, potato or macaroni salad, other vegetables, etc. Very good pizza and bottomless soda bar but I would only go back for take-out pizza and would never dine in here again. (BTW, this occurred a week or 10 days ago, not on the date posted.)

This is our go to pizza place! I'm surprised they don't have 5 stars. Each time I order from here it's so good! The last time they brought us sample cookies! I look forward to ordering from here at least once a month. Literally the best pizza! A little pricey but worth it plus they send coupons in the mail.

Only turn off was homeless meth addicts working their way through plaza and 2 came in while I was waiting for my order. I ordered a pizza for a timed pick up. I got here right at the time I ordered it. First of all I walked in and wasn't acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Then out of the 2 employees they didn't know about the timed order then said oh yeah it just went into the oven. I waited about another 10 minutes and the pizza was nice and hot. The pizza tasted great except the pizza was not cut all the way through so we had to rip it since we had taken it to the park for a picnic. The inside of the restaurant was clean but the bathroom was not clean. They definitely need to work on customer service but I will give them another chance.
