Wanted to try something new.... Something great. And I came to sarks.... It had a falafel sandwich and chicken shawarma... My love of falafel came to guy fieri from the show Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Did a show on the falafel drive-in in San Jose... I know he picks good places so I drove down there 1hr 40 min for lunch... And it was worth it... I went down there just for lunch every 2 months... And now this place is 90% close to how good falafel drive-in is... It's so so beautiful how it tastes.... It's amazing how close it is...(just missing the red sauce) but I love the sandwich... Everything so fresh and has a beautiful flavor in all its vegetables that's in the sandwich.. Out of 10 I would give it a 9.7.... The falafel drive in would get 10 out of 10 it's that beautiful but so so far away.... 2 extra points for it's banana shake... But yet im a foodie and thay had chicken shawarma... Another love from New York city... The street vendor have it down.... When I was in New York for the 3rd time I would eat at the vendor at least ever other day.... I love the chicken shawarma it was amazing.... And skars it just like New York vendors on the street... I just order it wrong... I wanted it on a pita... I got the meal... But I know I will be going back to order the chicken shawarma on a pita soon. The food there was amazing... It was a beautiful feeling in my mouth... Last but not least... The garlic fries were in a class of their own... It reminded me of the fancy Mediterranean restaurants in San Francisco.. $25+ a plate it was well cooked to a crisp and skinny but still had a pillowy center... (I would say I would take these fries over McDonald). The garlic oil was close to a truffle oil... But I think it was olive oil.... Can't tell ot was so so good... Sprinkled with a light cheese.... It was incredible how it was made... How it looked.... Just an imagination of pure joy in my mouth.... If feel like im going overboard but it was that good.... The only shame was I ate them too fast . But all in all this place is a joy to me.... I found something that I don't have to drive 1 hour and 45 mins to have every 2 months.... Maybe in 4 to 5 months, I take a drive to San Jose.... For a meal.... But this place save me gas and time.... And I thank you for that.... Of you read all this please make your self happy and have a meal there.... It will make your day....

FINALLY!!! My favorite gyros sandwich ever is back in business!! Sarkis is a great guy I love that he never gave up on food because he Is DAMN GOOD at getting down in the kitchen!! Guaranteed no disappointments .

Best hotdog ever! The bun is SO fresh...we had our dog with everything; and that's how I'm ordering my next one. Like today! The Philly Cheesesteak was also superior. Got ours with extra cheese. Steak was tender. Bun was perfect, will definitely order again! Garlic Fries. Oh stop me. So yummy. We live about 7 miles from this trailer and when I got the food home it was still hot and fresh. Service is delightful but plan to wait a bit. Everything is made to order. So worth it. Maybe I'll call in my order! Yay! It does pay to go to school!
