The woman who took our order was so patient to let us know what ingredients were in each item we considered and made no remarks when we wanted to change them. Food was excellent and we will return. Truthfully, I don’t say that about many food trucks.
Parking: Bar has parking spots and the street does too

Quesabirria lovers, Silva’s Taqueria Ceres is a must-try! Their birria quesatacos (quesabirria) are hands-down the best I’ve had; perfectly prepared with care, flavor, quality, and all the fixings. Presentation is second to none when comparing to the competition. Also, don’t miss out on their homemade-style horchata. This is an order to go place, but you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend Silvia’s Taqueria!

Terrible service. They do not know how to take an order. I ordered a plain burrito with just rice, beans, and meat. My son 7 year old doesn't like spicy food. I made sure to order the burrito first to make sure they don't put salsa in it and when I got home my son took a bite and there was spicy salsa in it. I called them and they said I wanted everything. They didn't even try to make it right. They lost my business.

I swung by this taco truck around 8:30 p.m. on a Tuesday night. Quesabirria tacos were exceptional. I also got a pastor taco on a homemade tortilla, and I blew my mind. I don't know how they make so much flavor in such a little space, but respect.
