The Burris burrito was absolutely delicious! It had plenty of meat and cheese, and just enough other fillings to round it out and make it balanced. The flavors were pretty intense, but not overly hot or spicy at all.
The woman who took our order was so patient to let us know what ingredients were in each item we considered and made no remarks when we wanted to change them. Food was excellent and we will return. Truthfully, I don’t say that about many food trucks.

Quesabirria lovers, Silva’s Taqueria Ceres is a must-try! Their birria quesatacos (quesabirria) are hands-down the best I’ve had; perfectly prepared with care, flavor, quality, and all the fixings. Presentation is second to none when comparing to the competition. Also, don’t miss out on their homemade-style horchata. This is an order to go place, but you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend Silvia’s Taqueria!
